Suki Hana Japan

After watching horse races at Santa Anita, our whole family went to the nearby mall for dinner. While my son and I chose Chick-fil-A, my wife ordered beef teriyaki and shrimp teriyaki from Suki Hana — each dish was $13.99 and came with a large portion.

One downside: they don’t give out free water cups. If you want water, you have to pay for a bottled drink. It would be much easier if they just put a water station outside for customers. In a food court, that small thing would really help.

The food is super basic and does not taste that great. It is just a mound of rice with a few vegetables and decent amount of meat, drenched in some cheap teriyaki sauce. Not very satisfying but pretty healthy. The order is self serve on a machine and the food comes out pretty quickly. Definitely better places to eat in the food court.

The food, especially the chicken was not good. Unable to eat it. Should use more quality meat! The shrimp was a bit better.

The teriyaki was good! Portion was moderate , medium size. My order was out really fast. Simple and fast meal. Was satisfied !

Good food, what one would expect. However, the self-kiosk automatically selected an 18% gratiuity for me, which I took issue with. Had the machine asked, "would you like to leave a gratuity for our hard-working staff?" I would've happily done so. However, the automatic selection is devious, at least in my opinion.

I can’t believe this place. They charge you $15 for a bowl of 3/4 rice and 1/4 veggies with chicken on top. The chicken is so unappetizing it’s not even cut right. They automatically put a 20% tip when they just put it out for you to grab. The place before this did the exact same thing, but better.

I honestly like the dishes and service, good location very close to my residence. The staff members are always super friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Just threw up the entire beef bento box. Gross

The teriyaki chicken and noodles are tasty.

Is expensive , the special of the day could be a good option but have a small portions.
