After watching horse races at Santa Anita, our whole family went to the nearby mall for dinner. While my son and I chose Chick-fil-A, my wife ordered beef teriyaki and shrimp teriyaki from Suki Hana — each dish was $13.99 and came with a large portion.

Good food, what one would expect. However, the self-kiosk automatically selected an 18% gratiuity for me, which I took issue with. Had the machine asked, "would you like to leave a gratuity for our hard-working staff?" I would've happily done so. However, the automatic selection is devious, at least in my opinion.

The cashier yelled 一个虾 after ordering of shrimp dish in English, then it became clear the majority of staff is of Chinese at this so called Japanese restaurant whilst amazing is the Mexican cook copied the order and started to cook 一个虾...
