The food and price were very reasonable. Service was good. Personal hot pot and a lot of different soup base. My family enjoyed and like Shabu Lin.

Great lunch specials. Reasonably priced compared to other Shabu places. Great meat quality. Place was clean and inviting.

This shabu/hot pot restaurant offers a mix of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese dishes. While the menu aims to cater to a broad audience, there could be a stronger emphasis on authentic representation of each cuisine. The veggie and sauce bar would benefit from more variety, and although the vegetables seemed less fresh, the quality of the meats stood out. Unfortunately, the slow service impacted the overall experience, particularly when waiting for the meats.

Their price changed recently. Now for dinner it is 28.99/person if AYCE, or 25.99/person if 3 plates of meat. The quality of the meat was very good, and we liked the prime top blade the most. Seafood was very fresh was well.

Called in advance with a 28 person party and they easily accommodated us on a Friday Lunch time. Service and food options for hot pot was excellent. We recently got married and this was part of the celebration so they gave us a soju bottle as a gift! Highly recommend for lunch as the 2 meat was more than plenty!

Fast service AYCE, located in a quiet neighborhood, good sukiyaki broth, great choices of fresh meats, wagyu was worth it, lots of side choice veggies, fresh noodles, dry ramen blocks, salad bar, nive choices of dipping sauces, unli rice and japchae, and sorbet and ice cream dessert included. Great place for big groups. Clean envuronment and welcoming staff. Perfect for family gatherings/celebrations. Ample street parking. Will come back again. Come hungry!!

Shabuya and Broth Shabu watch out. You have a great competitor in the world of Shabu-Shabu! Our first time here and we were impressed with the quality of their meats. Each meat order there is an explanation of how lean or how fatty their meat is. Ambiance was great as it was not loud. They have very clean floors, tables and buffet tables. That make sure that all around the buffet service table are always clean. The manager Sun would go around checking on customers and even serving drinks! Their service of the meats are quick and the layout of each serving was done professionally! When I say clean it means the tables and floors are not sticky! We enjoyed all the meats they served. They have several choices of vegetables, fish balls, fish cakes, shrimp, octopus, crawfish. They have a lot of base soups to choose from. Our waiter was really good at suggesting the meats to order and they all come quick! This will be our to go place for Shabu-Shabu. Never have I rated a “5” for all you can eat Shabu-Shabu but this one is a “5”. I can’t even believe they have dukboki and japchae as well as pasta salad. They even have oranges, pineapple and even ice cream!

Don't let 17.99 fool you. "under new management" you get 2 meat choices only! Go to Momo Paradise.

Shabu Lin in Arcadia offers a dining experience that falls short of its promise. Despite our anticipation for trying this restaurant, our visit on Chinese New Year's Eve left us underwhelmed. The lack of crowd did not compensate for the slow service. With a premium price of $39 per person, we expected a higher standard of quality, especially in terms of variety and freshness. However, the meat selection, though featuring good cuts like wagyu beef cap meat, was disappointingly scant. The buffet offerings, particularly the veggies and seafood, lacked quality and were not consistently replenished. Additionally, the fruit and cooked food options were nearly non-existent. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost, and we won't be returning to Shabu Lin in the future.
