This is a really good and high quality boba tea place . I highly recommend this place. I usually order 4 drinks when I come because I enjoy most of their options. My favorite is thai tea.. taste very refreshing and better than most thai resturant.. heavy on tea flavor and creamy. Its a plus bc boba is free ! My next favorite drink is mango green tea...super good it kept me up all night and that's what I needed.
Employees here are nice and consistent with making their drinks the Same. Plus star for that!! They have a point system and u can earn free drinks.

A cup of milk tea in 30 minutes, only one person is open, and the experience is extremely bad. Wasting time + perfunctory attitude = never come again. It's definitely the worst experience I've ever had in milk tea🙄🙄

I’ve been to several Sharetea locations and never have I ever encountered a more lively and passionate employee. Worth it just to chat with him! Normally it takes 3-6 teenagers to do that kind of work but he had it handled with a one man team.

Very poor service from Kevin N. Didn’t want to serve us as soon as we entered and had an attitude throughout our time ordering. Would not recommend this place to anyone because of the server and the non existing customer service they have.

Been to other sharetea locations and they have been great. This location has servers who do not want to serve customers. We came in and ordered the drink, and there was an unexpected 3% charge on cards, which now a days is very rare. Upon asking, the server refused to explain what the charge was for repeatedly. He kept saying I don’t know. We simply asked him one question, and later on he claimed we were racist towards him and his coworkers for asking this question!!! How can asking a simple question is being racist is beyond us. We would never visit this location and would never recommend this location to others as well. Kevin N. is the name of the server if the owner needs to ask who is mainly responsible for this!! And also, they “forgot” to blend the ice as well! The drink was complete ice!!!

That girl took atleast 5 minutes until taking my order when she wasn’t doing anything.
Professional guys at the counter. The drinks aren't bad but just aren't good. Boba was very overcooked.
