Growing up, Sharetea has always been my childhood spot when it came to Boba during my high school days. After visiting it after a long hiatus, I can say that Sharetea is still the delicuous Sharetea that I remember. My girlfriend reccomended me the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea with no red bean. It was super delicious and the staff is attentive and super friendly! I love how they gave me recommendations and was super receptive! The ambience is quite calm and ordering is efficient and quick.

I waited 20 minutes for 1 drink. The employees seemed to have some larger orders but there was no communication up front about the wait and no apologies after I waited so long for my tea. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for ONE tea. That is absolutely ridiculous. The tea is good but the service is slow. Unfortunately the tea isn't that good that it's worth that long of a wait.

Had a somewhat off tasting jasmine milk tea with ice cream here. I don't think the drink tasted like jasmine tea at all, and I also couldn't really tell if there was any ice cream inside of it. As a warning, they have a three percent charge for credit card, which is fine but I was told about this when the staff gestured at a poorly created, convoluted sign with a stock image of the 3% next to the printed words credit card charge, followed by some unrelated announcement. I scanned the page in confusion until the staff finally realized and just let me verbally know. And just to show that I'm not the only confused customer, a mom and son came in after me and also could not easily find what the added charge was on the sign until the staff clarified. They really need to reprint it with just words instead of a mismatch of words and pictures. I haven't been to a ShareTea since college and came here for the nostalgia, but would not be back.

I ordered a passion fruit peach tea and one of my first sips had hard crunchy black pieces. I didn't know what it was so I had to throw it out.

So this is my first time having boba in sometime so I decided to head down the street from my house to quench a craving I was having. This is also my first time trying Sharetea. When I walked in a was immediately greeted by staff and by Jason ( who I'm guessing is the owner). Jason and the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was asked what I would like and since I wasn't sure Jason suggested I try something of the secret menu. Jason was not wrong. The drink he suggested is really good. Just a tad on the sweet side but very refreshing. I definitely be coming back to Sharetea ( particularly this location) just for the service alone. I'm excited to try some other beverages on both the regular menu and the secret menu. Thank you so much Jason and crew for making my first with you such a great experience. See you guys soon.

Drinks are decent but as a fellow restaurateur they need to make better business decisions. I ordered almost $70 in drinks. When I was about to pay the server told me there would be a 3% processing fee if I paid credit card. This is just a bad decision on their part. They should just increase prices by 1-1/2% across the board and pass it on to customers. I decided to pay in cash to save on the CC processing fee. I held out my $100 bill and was told that they can't accept any bills larger than $20. So basically I had the 3% up charge forced on me even though I tried to pay for it in cash.
This is my new favorite spot for Boba or anything refreshing. I love how they always give be suggestions, on the sweetness. I do appreciate that, when trying a new drink. My office takes turns paying, because we crave it often. It's our once a week treat! Thanks for the delicious drinks!!

The owner(?) His name is Jason. Is a literal psychopath if he thinks he can yell at my kid's friend, a FIFTEEN year old child, for not saying or doing the right thing during an interview. The kid wasn't even being trained, just interviewed. How can you scream to a highschool student just trying to work. I feel so bad for all his employees. Never coming here ever and I'm telling everyone.

My favorite is the Mango Iced Smoothie with ice cream. I come here a couple times per month and it's always good. There's plenty of parking on the street on Duarte or in the rear parking lot. I always like the fact that you can order online or call your order in to have it ready ahead of time. Ink recommend share tea!

I had a very frustrating experience at Share Tea. I ordered two Taro Milk Teas without boba, but when they were served, both of my drinks had boba in them. I then brought it to the staff's attention as my order was wrongly prepared.They went ahead and replaced the drinks by making me a new one. As I was watching the server making my drinks, I noticed that he halfly filled both of my cups with the taro milktea. Instead of creating an additional mixture to fill up the cups, because and he was short on the drink he just prepared, he went ahead and filled the rest of if with hot water. This was extremely disappointing.The mistake on the original order was bad enough, not to mention, but the fact that the replacement drinks were made incorrectly as well was unacceptable.Filling drinks with water just to reach the desired volume depreciates honestly the quality of the drink itself. If I wanted to drink hot water, I would not have been there to start with. The drink taste very watery and plain with no flavor.I hope that Share Tea takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service. As a faithful customer, I expect to receive the product I ordered, especially when I'm paying for it. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I'm hesitant to return to Share Tea in the future.
