Today when I visited this Starbucks, I had such a wonderful experience with the barista Emma. 😊 I had a small issue at the beginning, and she took the initiative to check on me and kindly helped me solve it. She was very polite, patient, and professional the whole time, which made me feel very comfortable and respected.
She also recommended a coffee based on my preferences, and it turned out to be super delicious! I totally became a fan of hers. Thank you, Emma, for your thoughtful service. You made today’s visit to Starbucks not just about getting a cup of coffee, but about having a really warm and pleasant experience. I hope the store can recognize and appreciate such an amazing employee. ❤️

I was there for the Teddy Bearista drop today. I got there at 1230am and was the first in line. I was followed by Baristas Lorraine and Alondra. They kept me company and told me all about working at this particular store. They shared the love for their job and spoke about their duties. I didn’t realize just how organized a Starbucks can be. Not all Starbucks are the same. The girls shared so many things as cleaning the windows every hour and tidying up. They spoke about how they process everything with care. The store was extra clean and looked beautiful. They were very organized for the drop and the store did not allow their employees to buy the cups unless they waited in line like everyone else, which I thought was very fair of the store to do. They value both their employees and workers but don’t budge on their customer service. Lorraine and Alondra are a prime example of a what every Starbucks should try to be. I failed to mention while sitting there waiting we witnessed an accident on the road. These girls jumped into action. Alondra drove her car up the street to check on the passenger of the vehicle and Lorraine dialed 911. I can’t rave enough about these two Super Stars. Lorraine and Alondra thank you for making my day so great.

I had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks in downtown Arcadia. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was friendly, cheerful, and had such a great attitude it truly stood out.
Our drinks were made lightning fast, and everything was just perfect. The bathroom was also very clean, which I always appreciate. I brought my mom with me, and she had a great time. We both felt cared for, and the staff really went out of their way to make our visit special.
We stopped by on our way to the airport, so it was an emotional day for me. But this Starbucks turned it into something memorable and heartwarming. I want to sincerely thank the amazing team for giving us such a beautiful moment. We love this location, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Congratulations to the whole staff you made a difference in our day.

Thanks for absolutely ruining my coffee experience this morning! I asked for extra, extra, extra caramel and got absolutely none😡 And the very sad part is it was repeated to the female making my coffee! She absolutely spoke clear ENGLISH😳 Do better or get out of customer service!

On the morning of March 7th, I visited a local Starbucks to purchase a coffee. When I requested a straw, a female barista with black braided hair responded, “Wait for me.” While the phrase itself may seem innocuous, her tone and demeanor left me feeling profoundly uncomfortable. Seated outside, I sensed a palpable disapproval directed towards me, leading me to question whether I was subjected to discriminatory treatment. This experience cast a shadow over my entire day, leaving me feeling dejected.
As a globally recognized coffeehouse chain, Starbucks is renowned for its commitment to delivering respectful and courteous service to all patrons. Regrettably, my encounter on March 7th has called this standard into question. I sincerely hope that Starbucks addresses such concerns earnestly to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents in the future.
