TERRIBLE, I ordered a strawberry matcha frappe and all I get is an iced strawberry with whipped cream and it doesn’t even look like the picture. Absolutely ridiculous

Really like this one. Like the gruyere bacon bites, no carbs! Good decaf, quick service, plenty parking, clean bathroom, 24 hours open, across from jack in the box. Annoyed that their promised free refills were only for people that sit in store. I prefer my car.

Rude n mean always never let anyone use the restroom make ugly faces soon I walked in then i already knew they was not interested there very disrespectful they make all them sales in act like that too people treating me like not a customer where u didn’t eve. Know if I was going to purchase or not have some consideration in charging for water too now Starbucks needs change in this location never was nice I even try to sit down along Time ago in soon I came they was like u gotta leave cuz ur both purchasing anything wowwwwwwwww this place is not it never have I experienced this in now most stores are being the same this is getting out of hand have some respect in take care do the people not just ur sales

Normally, everything's just about perfect when I stop by after work. Today, I ordered a grande iced horchata oatmilk shaken espresso. The ice was filled all the way to the top and there was no horchata flavor. After 3 decent sips, I was nearly done with the drink. I guess I can just chew on the ice now. Maybe a new trainee or something. Just not a happy experience this time around.

Ive never wrote bad reviews but this one I have to as a daily customer of Starbucks from every location.

I ordered Grande Matcha w oatmilk 1 pump of white mocha and strawberry foam on the top. Just that’s it I didn’t order for extra matcha scoop or nth Look at this freaking color That’s so grosssssss and so stong I didn’t get any mocha or oatmilk taste at all It was just crazy bitter taste which is mix with gross strawberry It was not like a drink which is mix well Like separate from everything like a layer and layer Taste was so gross So bitter So disgusting 👎🏿👎🏿

I never give negative reviews, but what I experienced today was really bad. I ordered coffee on the driveway this morning. An older lady gave my coffee to the person in front of me. The person gave it back to her, and she gave it to me again with something on it. There are signs of drinking. Fortunately, a young lady helped me change the coffee. Thank you to the young lady, although I don’t know her name.

I give this store and employees zero stars. I came with my children for a Frappuccino so we order 3 fraps in the drive through. We pay and are waiting for the drinks the employee says sorry it’s going to be a minute then she nervously turns back around and the other baristas are making other drinks I still don’t see ours being made she comes back and she’s like sorry it’s going to be a bit. And then she asks about my weekend making polite chit chat, she goes back at this point still don’t see our drinks being made she comes back and is like just a few more minutes. Then one car starts honking and I looked back out my window and a guy 2 cars back starts honking and yelling for me to move so I yelled back just waiting for my three drinks and he said I don’t care move! Then 3 more cars start honking and yelling and I yelled back please stop I have my kids in the car and I’m waiting for my three drinks and they just kept yelling and honking meanwhile the employees aren’t doing anything and I asked can someone just yell back at them that I’m waiting and they said no they can’t control customers and I said but they are yelling and scaring my kids and they said there was nothing they can do. I even went inside after we got our drinks and asked is there a store policy or anything for helping your customers because that was ridiculous that I’m sitting there asking for their help and they say they can’t and the lady who was inside told me the same thing sorry we can’t control customers and one of us who are busy would’ve had to go out there. I contacted the help option on the app they said they’d report it to the manager. And for all that they didn’t even offer a gift card or a desert to the kids. The most upsetting thing was that face to face I asked for help and they did nothing. I will not go back to this Starbucks and I hope they get training In conflict resolution because it was a horrible experience not only for me but for my kids.
