This Starbucks is located inside Ralph’s. It was almost closing time. Literally 6:57pm and the young man at the counter was so willing to serve us. I know some place would not even entertain that since it’s 3 minutes to closing. For that I give him kudos.
We didn’t get food as we only wanted coffee. But he made two great drinks. Special orders of shaken espressos.
This Starbucks is not a full sized store. Of course because it’s not a stand alone but it’s nice and clean. They also have a wide variety of Starbucks items. If you’re a tumbler collector they have a few different once I have seen and of course I failed to take pictures.
Anyway, big shout out to the young man who closed the store yesterday. Please continue to be a great barista!

Sadie was so extremely rude, she looked at me with such anger simply because my drink was made incorrectly she was talking back to me no customer service skills,I got two sandwiches I asked for siracha without a word she walked away annoyed that I asked for one more thing.I asked for more and she proceeded to say we'll u didn't say how many.This kind of person shouldn't work in the Frontline with customers.Very disappointed I live so close but I rather drive a bit more to not interact with such people.

Hot coffee served ‘cold’, not accepting of the poor quality and quite dismissive when mentioned it to staff. Rather than offering to make a new one just added hot water to weaken it down further. Not the standards I’d expect from SB. Also why not have any sauce available for the food.

I love a good chocolate croissant.I loved it even more that I used my Starbucks star rewards to get it.Definitely get it warmed and the chocolate will be all melted
