Sadie was so extremely rude, she looked at me with such anger simply because my drink was made incorrectly she was talking back to me no customer service skills,I got two sandwiches I asked for siracha without a word she walked away annoyed that I asked for one more thing.I asked for more and she proceeded to say we'll u didn't say how many.This kind of person shouldn't work in the Frontline with customers.Very disappointed I live so close but I rather drive a bit more to not interact with such people.

Hot coffee served ‘cold’, not accepting of the poor quality and quite dismissive when mentioned it to staff. Rather than offering to make a new one just added hot water to weaken it down further. Not the standards I’d expect from SB. Also why not have any sauce available for the food.

I actually ordered at the Foothill Madison store instead of the Ralph's and I asked if they can make it for me because I'm about to be late for work play rolled her eyes at me give me attitude and said just go down the street and get your coffee super rude. Even when I walked up, she rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look. We're six parents I've ever had at Starbucks never coming back to this one ever again some people just don't belong in customer service.

Starbucks offers free drinks on birthdays, but my daughter couldn't get hers here. It was sad, but it also teaches a her precious lesson for life, that is, to never put too much faith on people's promises.

Staff is rude. Service is horrible. The lady works here enjoys embarrassing customers as her job instead of being a barista. Just a reminder, if you don't want to waste your good mood just for a bitter tasted coffee, do not order here！！！

Five stars for kind, friendly baristas. After just a couple of trips and my creature of habit tendencies, they start pouring my grande Pike when they see me walk in the store. Supermarket Starbuckses are designed for convenience I suppose, but this particular one adds more-- like my own personal coffee shop just down the street from work. And yes, I know there's a full SB a couple blocks down, and I go there too. But when I need to get a few steps in and don't want to burn diesel to get a coffee (at nearly $7/gal can you blame me?)... this spot is my jam.
I love a good chocolate croissant.I loved it even more that I used my Starbucks star rewards to get it.Definitely get it warmed and the chocolate will be all melted
