I work nearby and have come for the food many times. I've noticed rude and horrible service. If you want to see what attitude looks like for asking for anything extra on your sandwich, please come here. I started ordering through the online app so I could just pickup and avoid the attitude. Then, today I ordered a Jimmy garoppolo sandwich aka the "bennissimo". It consists of roast chicken and pepperoni. When I received the sandwich there was no pepperoni. So I called and the attitude I got was insane. She stated that they didn't have that sandwich there. That I only ordered the rotisserie chicken. I'll upload the receipt where it says rotisserie/pepperoni. She denied it and I drove back to the restaurant stating if I wanted to pay for a rotisserie chicken sandwich I would of the signature sandwich that I paid for cost more because it has pepperoni. She refused to acknowledge that I paid more but didn't get pepperoni!!!! I left and won't be coming back. You know what's crazy? One manager walked in and there was another worker and me. The 2 employees and 1 manager, none of them said sorry or tried to fix it. Basically told me to f*** off with the worst faces ever. Avoid this trash place with trash people working there. Subway just let's anyone franchise I guess even clowns... sad. I liked the food but this store ain't gonna make it.

I've ordered at this subway multiple times because it's close to my home and convenient. Both times the order was dramatically wrong. I attempted to contact the owner on an attempt to make it right which has been ignored...DO NOT GIVE THIS OWNER YOUR BUSINESS!!There are many other hard working owners / restaurants that want your business and will do the right thing when something goes wrong. This Subway store will not.

This was a great location. Not a huge parking lot but definitely enough spaces. I got a veggie sub and it was delicious. If you eat it there, they put it in a green basket which was nice. The staff was very friendly and I’ll definitely return to this location.

I was across the street dropping off the nightly deposit at the bank and had a sudden craving for subway. I originally wanted to place an order online then saw that they close at 7! Which was like 5 mins till 7. I walked I'm and asked if they were still open..and the dude looks at the time and said yeah...from the vibes I got from the 2 guys there...they weren't rude or anything at all. I mean..if it was me when someone comes in right before closing time..yeah I'd be a bit irritated. But they hid the irritation pretty well. Hahaha. I've been to this location a couple times and haven't had a bad experience yet..so ????

Hi! I go here all the time to get sandwiches for my daughter and I, which are normally great. However, I went there today and ordered 2 sandwiches both the same - turkey, extra cheese, lettuce and mayo. When I got home, I open up our sandwiches and one of them was turkey, pepperoni, bacon and black olives. Well my daughter and I are both allergic to black olives so I had to throw our sandwiches away! Super disappointing since we always have a great experience here, especially with the customer service. I tried to call multiple times but there was no answer. I know mistakes happen but my 5 year old daughter was upset that she didn't get her Subway. I'd like for someone to reach out to me so this could be corrected. My order number / term ID is 1/A-378215, which is located on the top of my receipt. Again, this location is great and so are the people working there. This was just a one time mistake. I hope to hear from you! Thanks!
