I bought breads and a Mango Matcha blended drink. I found plastic bits in my drink. I tried calling them since I didn't notice it immediately. They don't answer phone calls, and their mailbox is full, so you can't even leave a message. Contacted their corporate customer service, so I'm waiting for a reply from them.
Update: spoke with customer service via email over the last few days. I was told they alerted the store manager at this location. Got my refund for the drink.

I enjoy the breads. Very light, just a hint of sugar. Eat my way from left to right Going to try everything each time I'm here My favorite so far is the ones they put right in front. Yep, that means almost everything taste good.

Stopped in to try the cream puffs. The crème brûlée had the burnt sugar and a velvet custard inside. It was good but the puff pastry was a strange texture. We tried the regular flavor chocolate with cocoa nibs and a Boston cream pie looking one. It was a little pricey but okay. Maybe check it out they have lots of yummy looking treats. The place was clean and staff were nice.

I came out in here out from the rain on a Sunday afternoon trying to get in a little walk. Unexpectedly, there were a ton of people shopping and going about their business, but one place that caught my eye was a little café at the top of the stairs, Sunmerry Bakery. I noticed they had a good selection of drinks so I decided to have a Boba so since it’s been a while. I went for the honey tea since that’s what I usually like as a regular hot drink, but decided to go outside my comfort zone. Everyone was really friendly and there was no line. There were plenty of pastries and delicious looking breads, but decided against it since I’ve been working out lately. I got my drink and she gave me that thick straw that punches through the plastic which I find so satisfying. Soon as I took a sip, there was a large back up at the bottom of the cup and couldn’t get anything. I blew out the straw and got a nice sip of that honey tea which is also delicious. Once I got my sea legs back, I was drinking up the Boba. It was so good. There’s definitely a process to this. I found them a little bit on the chewy side, but it just made them last longer. I’ll be definitely be coming back here more often for the friendly service and a little dry time if it’s raining.
Parking: Mall parking outside, garage parking too.
Kid-friendliness: It's in the Arcadia Shops, order at the front counter, ;ots of kids with their parents come here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible. The store is at the mall upstairs, elevator access around the corner from the store.

Excellent
Ordered a slice each of two different cakes. They tasted almost exactly the same, and were sour.
It was impossible to get the plastic off of the cake slice without damaging the slice itself.
Furthermore, the texture of the cake is borderline tough and spongy.
Total disappointment.

DO NOT ORDER any taro milk drink, they use fake taro powder, not real Taro. Taste terrible.
Delicious!
Food from a place i once visited in Japan, it's a very close version of MR. DONUT. But so close, now their service was top notch. I added something last second, they were kind.
The circle donut was very close to the mochi kind from Japan. It's a good version, really do enjoy the yummies when you're in the good mood for a gentle sweet flavor, not to overwhelm you but to sooth you. Have a good coffee and enjoy your delicious pastry of a flavor filled yummies.
The fruit on top of the cake I just bought is moldy...and the kids ate it. This store gave me a terrible birthday.
