The drive-through is timed by the management. To get around going over on timing, they make you pull ahead while you wait for your food, so it doesn't trigger the alarm and gives them fast turnaround time. It seems like a total failure of incentives in every way, and it just hurts my soul that this is what's happening. Other than that, it seems okay. Once they forgot to give me back my credit card.

the hours of operations posted are not accurate, i arrived 40/35 minutes before the posted closing time driving over this way specifically because it says they’re open, just to be told they were closed. a complete waste of my time, gas, and emotions. left empty handed and hungry.

Please don’t ask someone to move up and wait for their food, then proceed to give the person behind me their order so they can honk at me while I am still waiting as per your request.
I finally get my order, there’s an insane amount of cheese all the way around the burrito, so it’s soggy wet when I take it out of the wrapper. I specifically ask for no cheese on the outside of the burrito, then the cashier at the window confirmed it. Yet, I still got all the cheese and no water bottle.
