Drinks are good but service takes super long, waited almost 50 minutes for one drink

First time trying this place and definitely last sadly. Everything is automated here and you have to order through a screen and pay with card, so not much customer service available when ordering and there 1 system. The worse part is the drink, I tried one of their fruit tea and it was a waste of $6 and something, it went straight to the trash. :( At first it taste like water no mixture whatsoever of flavors, and when I asked for them to remake it (at least nice to do it so thanks), however 2nd round taste like throw-up, just awful, it wasn't worth the remake, maybe I should have kept my water down drink instead of the latter. Parking is free in a small lot and inside atmosphere also very small. The rating is a B, I should have known, no fresh or clean. Overall experience ?. I was hoping to like it, but nope sorry.

No line plus convenient kiosk, and my drink was out within 2 minutes. Thai Iced Tea - I got it 75% sweet and it had a nice flavor. It was a bit too creamy for me, but the boba was soft and chewy.

Definitely my go-to place for a nice cold boba drink! There are so many selections to choose from, and all the past ones I’ve tried are delicious. Highly recommended!

Man at register was nice but would give it a one. It made me sick and have an upset stomach going on for a week now since having their drink. It does have a B rating and I hesitated going in but went in anyway. I had forgotten to ask to add boba so my drink was made again, made me wonder if because having to make my drink again is why my stomach has been upset for a week now.

Used to be 5 stars for us. Their Thai tea used to be the best in SGV. Now it is way too sweet. Came here 3 times and the recipe has changed. Too much sugar. Not enough tea. Changed somewhere between 2023 Sept and November

Fruit Tea in Arcadia, Los Angeles, California... In-between meals, Sam B. and I made time to meet with each other. She gave me a few choices of places, and I selected Tea Brick - Arcadia... because of the cute cups... LOL! Angel H. and I arrived early to look at the menu. Parking was free and easy in the shared parking lot. The guy taking our order said that the cute cup (Year of the Ox) was just a few cents more. Ok! I decided to get the Drink of the Month: Girlfriend Tea. It sounded healthy because it was flavored with grapefruit and honey. It was quite good! I also got an order of Popcorn Chicken with sweet chili dipping sauce. It was a bit spicy, but yummy! I'd go back for another cute cup and try a different flavor... like Yummee Peachee Lychee! Note: I do still use the Year of the Ox cup when I get iced tea at Starbucks. The cashiers usually comment on how kawaii this cup is!

I tried the Yummee Peachee Lychee tea with 100% sweetness and it was perfect for me. It was fruity and refreshing on that hot day. The drink consists of peach, lychee tea with lychee jelly, peach and lychee. Nadine got us popcorn chicken to share. It was ok, but a little spicy. You can get your drink in this cute bottle for an uncharge. I believe it was 75 cents more for the bottle.
I love their passion fruit green tea slush. It's full of a flavor and very refreshing.

Inconsistent how Is 25% sweeter then 50%? And then on top of that I order grass jelly for mine but when I got home there was none. The eggnog pudding was sour... I live in LA so there's no way I'm driving all the way back to Arcadia. Service was pretty slow too nobody was there so I'm not sure how they can mess up on the order...
