I wouldn't recommend this spot. The only two flavors they had for soft serve were London Fog (earl grey) and strawberry. How does a soft serve store only have two flavors?? We ended up getting a run of the mill chocolate and vanilla ice cream: to be honest, grabbing any tub of ice cream at the supermarket is better than paying almost $7 for two very small scoops. Super disappointing visit, after looking at their pics on Yelp and seeing all these different flavors. Just know before you visit that they do not offer those flavors all the time. In fact, the choices are very limited.

Ice cream all season!! My coworker said she's craving ice cream and we got ice cream. Stopped by this small chilled treat shop in Arcadia and ordered the soft serve. Cute little shop for the indoor decor, there are benches and tables/chairs. Great for friends and family to hang out. Staffs are friendly and patiently introducing the menu to us. We sat down and got our treats shortly. Mango soft serve on a sugar cone Watermelon soft serve in a cup Very fruity and fresh. My friend said the sugar cone tastes really good and crunchy. Go check them out if you haven't.

Drove here for some ice cream at 6:40pm on Feb. 18th and they were closed. Had to find somewhere else to go for ice cream after my date night. There was a sign that said closed for two weeks check back Feb. 15th.

Cute little shop with a very small parking lot hidden behind the row of stores (around 8 spots in total, if I recall correctly). The theme continuity throughout the store had me cracking up the whole time. For some reason, the past hype surrounding rolled ice cream has quite literally been wiped off the face of Southern California. I've never been the biggest ice cream fan, but I love the texture of rolled ice cream. I was originally excited to try out this store, since I saw a few Asian flavors offered (ex. matcha) on past menu photos. Once I actually arrived, the only flavors listed on the menu for rolled ice cream were vanilla and chocolate. Server was accommodating and added strawberries to mash into the vanilla. Ended up eating the strawberry rolled ice cream with 3 free toppings (mango, strawberry and mochi). The list of toppings offered was extensive. The cut-up mango tasted extremely sour and not very tender, even though it was mid-mango season when I went. The singular goldfish cracker placed on top had me cackling. Overall, I thought what I got satisfied my craving for rolled ice cream. If anyone knows of other hidden locations with rolled ice cream, please let ya girl know!! :')

The Pond Ice Cream offers a delightful treat with its consistently soft and delectable ice cream. While the ever-changing flavor lineup keeps things fresh and exciting, it can be a bit hit or miss. It's a good idea to call ahead and check the flavors of the day to ensure your favorites are available. A standout for me was the black dole whip, which was truly a unique and delicious experience. Definitely worth a visit for those with a sweet tooth!

The Pond Ice Cream is a great shop, although it's important to note that they offer seasonal flavors. I'd recommend giving them a call to inquire about the current flavors before planning your visit. Conveniently, there's parking available at the back of the shop. My personal favorite was the black dole whip, an absolute must-try. What stands out about their ice cream is its consistently fantastic soft texture across all flavors. Additionally, they offer stamp cards, which is a nice touch for loyal customers. If you're into taking photos, you'll appreciate the various backgrounds they have available for pictures, making your visit not only delicious but also Instagram-worthy. Enjoy your ice cream adventure at The Pond!

Closed when we arrived at 7:20. Worker was making out on the couch and said they were cleaning

The prices are super high for what it is. Portions are very small. Ice cream is very "airy" as other yelpers have described. It's very watery and waaay too sweet for me. The texture and look of the ice cream is like cheese. It just crumbles away. Not at all my thing. The place itself is nice inside. They only have one employee so be careful that your waffle cone doesn't burn while the only worker is helping the line. Sorry but I wouldn't come back. There are plenty of other places that are better and cheaper. If I could do it again, I would have just gone to Rite Aid. LOL

We got to the store at 7:20. The store is supposed to be open until 9 pm. The OPEN light is on, but the door is locked. We saw 2 people on the couch. The girl was laying down comfortably and the guy sitting and leaning against her. The saw us staring at them and the girl got embarrassed and sat up. But neither one came to the door. When I called the phone number for the store, the guy finally came up to the door to ask, "Are you calling the store?" We said "Yes, the sign says OPEN and your hours said you are open til 9." He said "Sorry, we are cleaning." We asked them why the OPEN sign is still on. He just said sorry again but didn't turn off the sign and just sat back down with the girl. Then they pretended to be busy and looked at the laptop til we left. This was the first time we ever came to this store and our kids were very disappointed. If you are closed early for "cleaning" then post a sign to apologize for the inconvenience and turn off your OPEN sign.

They have decent ice creams and soft serves with egg bubble waffles. But, their pricing is kind of steep ... Tried their Ube and it's not too flavorful

I have tried this place a few times, but I don't think I will go back. The ice cream flavors are disappointing, ranging from mediocre to awful. The last time I went, I ordered the chocolate rolled ice cream, but I had to ask to switch to vanilla because the chocolate was so bitter and sour that it seemed spoiled. For such low quality ice cream, I have to say it is also way too expensive. The service was also poor, with most of the staff having a clueless and indifferent attitude. The only thing I liked about this place was the ambiance. The shop has a nice interior design.

Stale brownies and over priced vegan soft serve that was mediocre at best. $25.57 was the price of a lesson well learned.

omg the worst ice cream I've ever eaten. How can you go wrong with basic flavors?! I sampled 3 flavors and didn't like any but still bought it since I felt bad. Soft serve flavors were more like icees, no milk in them. The scoops were Icey like it was sitting in the freezer for months or melted and refrozen. What a waste of calories and money. Expensive and gross!
