Great Pretzels and Service. Their pretzels are always perfectly baked. Love their mini dog, pizza bitz and salted bitz. Lately they had a few seasonal pretzels and drinks. Worth a try

I almost never write reviews but service was rude and awful. We ordered a simple order of two Cinnabitz. Person behind us ordered a more complicated one. They got mixed up and gave us her split bag order. They asked us to trade after we already opened our bags and touched the food. The other person left with their extra food and I was standing there with half of what I ordered. When I asked them to give me the other bag I paid for, the guy behind the counter demands my receipt. So I have to dig through the pile of dirty receipts left on their counter to find mine to prove that I paid for two. There was only two orders after me. The cashier is looking at me blank. She could not have forgotten my order. She says nothing to the manager guy and just waits for me to dig through the receipts to show that I paid for two. Then they pick up the pile of receipts and ask do you want your receipts? No! I have no desire to clean your trash up. Finally left with pretzels. Will not be heading back.

So I went today because I have been craving a pretzel for some time now. As I approach the downstairs location a young man is sitting with his phone in his hand (sure probably slow day). I noticed in the display the front pretzels look soft and fresh so, I asked for the jalapeño pepperoni and I was offered a dipping sauce. I walked to the coffee bean location to get a drink for my pretzel (no line- clearly a slow day) I grab my drink and sit down to take a bite out of my pretzel. HARD, DRY, & DISGUSTING. I was so disappointed this pretzel didn't hit the spot. Every Wetzel location I have gone to gives me the most oldest pretzel ever! Sad. I'll be going to Auntie Anne's now.

I ordered a pretzel and asked for a cup of water. She told me they don't have cups of water as I see her co worker grab a small cup of water for himself behind her... then charges me $3 for an arrowhead bottled water. Other locations usually have 0 problem giving me a small cup of water for my daughter. Plus they give you less bites and they were all burnt smh

There are like 2 wetzels & 2 auntie anne's in this mall. Wetzels always have people hanging around. And they give free samples on the weekends. It's so filling and dense, but classic mall food!

Came here the other day just for a quick snack. Served my food in a plastic bag not even a wetzel pretzel bag. Asked for a couple water and they said I had to get a bottle as expected company has to be a different type of broke for this. Will never eat here again.

Great service!! AIl of their pretzels are so soft and very delicious at the same time! They also sell some really great pretzel dipping sauces for the pretzels to eat and enjoy! They even sell their yummy lemonades too. I will come back and buy more pretzels there again when I'm in Arcadia! Five stars is definitely my total rating! Thank you all so much for everything!!! :)

Omg Blanca just the nicest person. They ran out of the bites cuz closing time. And wanted my son to be happy abd gave discount and threw in glaze abd free pepperoni pretzel. Made our day. We will definitely come back. Abd the cinnamon pretzel was good alone but when you dip in glaze it's great
After ordering my food, I received unsalted wetzel bitz instead of salted which was not a big deal but when I asked to have my food salted, the cashier, Blanca S, started to reprimand me for not telling her even though I did. And she continued to lecture me about what I needed to do. I expected more compassion due to the fact that we both have masks and there is plastic between us. It was extremely rude and condescending. The pretzels were also very stale and I ended up only eating a few. I believe they may have been sitting out for a while.

Was with couple friends on a Friday night today. My friend ordered couple things and then we sat down and ate. After she was done eating we got back up to ask for a water cup and couple napkins. Meanwhile walking to the stand (wetzel's pretzels) there was a trash can holding their door so I decided to throw away my food in there. We went up to the cashier and asked for napkins and stuff and she goes like "by the way I saw ur friend throw trash in the trash can"... LIKE OKAY???? DID SHE THINK SHE WAS FUNNY OR SOMETHING. Like is she on crack or what. Like what was she trying to say. First of all it's a trash can I can throw whatever I want in there. Second what was she trying to say. Was she like trying to be funny like HAHAHAH sooo funny. It's legit a freakinn trash can, I don't care if it's "THEIR OWN" It was outside the door so I can do whatever I want.

I remember exactly it was this location that I bought the drinks from and it tasted like it was rotten lemonade. I reached a manager number but she said it was Auntie Anne's instead that I might had problems with. And checking the images right now it is exactly this store. Forgot I had the receipt, it says Wetzel's Pretzels! You can't drink in the premise due to covid , so we had to leave to realize the drink is not fresh. ( It was a weird rotten taste we had to throw it away). The manager I reached said she can't see the transaction history of what I bought. I can't believe they will do this to you and not take responsibility. After trying to reach her back guess what she won't answer anymore, after throwing the blame to Auntie Anne's. Well let me know is manager number 626 446 1355 is linked to this location. The girl I called first before giving me this number also said she's the location in front of forever 21. Guess the manager is just trying to avoid problems.

I went in there today to get my usual Sour Cream and Onion bitz and also a pizza bitz combo. The cashier female employee does not know how to have customer service manners. When I first ordered, she said WE DONT SELL SOUR CREAM AND ONION BITZ ANYMORE. And she says never mind we do. (EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL) She does not even apologize in making the customer feel confused as well. SECOND, The same employee gave us dog bitz instead of the pizza bitz we ordered initially. Luckily we were inside the mall to to ask for a exchange. This female cashier employee did not even apologize to us for the wrong order and just gave us a straight face. I don't know who trained this certain female cashier, but this company/ owner should better educate their employees. I firmly believe that if you don't want to be working in customer service DO NOT work in this field. It's not for everyone.

I don't know your company policy on discrimination, but I was very displeased with the treatment I received at your location in the Westfield Santa Anita mall. When I approached a man was placing an order so I stood in line behind him. Once he was done I approached the cashier and began to order a regular pretzel, but she cut me off by claiming, "we're closed, we don't have any pretzels". She was very abrupt, rude, and offered no apology. If this had happened and I saw they truly didn't have any then there would be no issue, but the other employee had LITERALLY just placed two fresh pretzels into the heating case and I saw her coming with two more. I walked away and into a store and when I exited no longer than 5 minutes later I saw someone else ordering. I'm not sure if she saw that I was black or that I was gay since I was standing with my girlfriend or if she just did not feel like taking my order, but I don't think this treatment was okay and deters me from wanting to go to Wetzel's Pretzels again
