APD has probably the best pizza in the Arcata/Eureka area, but check your pizza. I come and get a pizza here probably twice a month. I always order the same thing, half just cheese, half pepperoni and jalapeño, and more than half the time it comes out half pepperoni, half jalapeño. Then I have to wait for them to remake it. Not sure why that happens so often. But great pizza. Just be sure to check it.
Placed order by phone around 6 PM. Arrived to pick up at 6:30PM. Paid for order but it was not ready. At 7:00 still not ready. Asked about it and cashier checked in the back. Cashier came back and told me order was never put in and asked to see receipt. Showed it to her. She asked if I wanted to put the order in now. I said no and asked for money back. Cashier credited my card. Slow and unfriendly service.
