Hot tubs are great IF you can ever get a reservation. Don't waste your time trying to call. The line is always busy. Have tried calling in from the second they opened for 40 mins and still only a busy line. Really great place IF you can snag a spot, which is like finding a golden ticket.
The three lovely ladies working on Sunday night 12/15 were attentive, incredibly accommodating and helpful. Their customer service was on point and made our visit extra special for me and my partner. Thank you!!
Really cool place! The hot tubs are magical and great for a rainy day. The cafe is beautiful as well. Hot chocolate with whipped cream is the best you’ll ever have. However, don’t get the soup and roll. The soup is from a box and steamed with the coffee machine, and the roll is store bought.
