If as your employee claims if your Arcata,CA. location has freezer that does not keep ice cream frozen that is used to prepare milkshakes That are being and have been being sold for in excess of a years time said equipment needs replacing. The milkshakes are not frozen and are as runny as milk alone. There is no excuse for not curing this problem and is a fraud against consumers

I ordered the western bacon cheeseburger and it looked like someone sat on it as it usually does in fast food places....for what I ordered that cost me about $20 was far from worth it...I think Carl's Jr is way over priced...the only fast food burger joint I myself will go to is the in & out..you get a fresh burger that don't look like it's been sat on for almost half the price...truth be told I'm surprised Carl is still in business..
