Ingredients were fresh, the tortillas are tasty too. The mushroom taco, and the ground beef taco were excellent. Everything else needs some salt, especially the guac—it was so bland… given that, it wasn’t bad for a Mexican food truck in the middle of Humboldt. It was also expensive—six tacos, a side of guac, and two drinks for $70 including tip.
My absolute favorite Mexican restaurant!!

We ate here because of the positive reviews but the burritos were not very good. My girlfriend ordered the Super Burrito and I had the Cali Burrito both of them were cold, dry, and hardly any meat. The Cali Burrito had fries that tasted like they were 3 hours old. On the bright side the Tostada was delicious we split that and both only ate half of our burritos. Maybe they were just having an off day and didn't care about food quality since it was an hour before closing IDK....
