“I was introduced to Kinetic Koffee by some friends in McKinleyville. While I live in a Pacific NW community with plentiful and excellent coffee selections, I have found it difficult to find a DECAF coffee which is water processed (Vs chemical processed) that I like. I lean towards an oily and strong French roast coffee and the Dekaf Decadence hits the mark for me. So, I order it online and it gets shipped to my house. They offer whole bean and a variety of grinds that fits any need. Recently, when I received a shipment of whole bean rather than the French Press grind that I ordered, I reached out to the company via email. Even during the Coronavirus pandemic, I received a quick email response (it was even on a Saturday)! Charles apologized and offered to send me the correct order at no charge! What great customer service and what a great company! Try it!“

I am from the big island of hawaii where Kona coffee is grown and I was searching for something local here that would satisfy my thirst for real coffee, that tasted good without adding any type of cream or sugar. bring forth the humboldt bay coffee co, I love the good strong blend as well as the wide awake or even a mix of both. my partner enjoys the decaf...really it's the only decaf we buy lol. 5 stars from me. keep it up humboldt bay coffee!!“
