Best doughnut I've ever had! I ran away from that thing at Humbolt Brewery to be here and now somebody is probably looking for me but that doesn't matter because this doughnut is so good that it was worth it. There's a lot of seating here and you get to be on display for potential customers to look at and buy. I heard they're hiring

Love this place. Food is always on point. Contrary to what other people are saying the Lady who works nights is one of the nicest people I know. She has a heart of gold, but doesn’t give time for anyones BS. Treat her nicely and she’ll take care of you.

It was my very first time visiting this business for donuts as a local living in the area for 10+ years. I experienced the worst customer service in my entire 40+ year life. For a second I thought I am just being served in another place in another part of the world. I ordered a cup of coffee and some donuts. The coffee was cold and I asked the already rude cashier if I can get hot coffee and he is.. No, this is it. You want it you can have it or he shoved the cup back to me. That is when I started telling him that I do not want cold coffee but hot. He is.. Nope. This is what you get and no refund. I said I am not asking for refund but hot coffee and I shoved the cup back to him. He took it and put it in the garbage and asked me to leave. I do not know his name but it is the guy with curly hair. I am sure no one thought him anything in life nor he knows how to talk and deal with other humans. I just found out that this business is run by some …….. and from management to their cashiers they do not care about customer service at all. I have never left a review for any business in my life but I had to leave this and I hope it helps some people.

The food is incredible, but the lady that works nights is incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. At first, I thought it might’ve been just me being stupid, but I watched for a little bit and she was yelling and being rude to other people that weren’t doing anything at all. I’d love to go here, but honestly I’d rather get donuts from Safeway then go here and get yelled at for nothing
