This is by far my favorite food truck in Humboldt. The steak melt has become my favorite comfort meal and my go to meal at the Friday Night Market. I love getting a side of kimchi as an extra side to eat as lunch the day after having the steak melt for dinnner.

Awesome food here! The sauce was amazing on the fried rice and teriyaki chicken. Solid experience, fast, and very tasty. Highly recommend!!!

Highly disappointed, unfortunately. The French fries were so yummy, perfect amount of salt, delicious even after a long drive (my boyfriend drove from McKinleyville to Eureka to pick up). The soy sauce for the dumplings is also VERY yummy, made the dumplings much better. However, there was not much filling in more than half of the dumplings. I also ordered the cucumber salad, and was given 8 (generously speaking) chunks of cucumber and one tiny chunk of tomato. No dressing, but random tiny pieces of cilantro. Very dissatisfying, especially when the website menu describes something that I did not get. The price is quite high for what I got, especially being at the night market, getting my super bare salad and half empty dumplings. I guess my hopes were too high.

Best food truck in Humboldt no doubt about it, if you want a real meal that would make you satisfied for hours would definitely go for the steak mealt sandwich (comes with really good fries and house made mayonnaise) or the fusion plate (stake, rice, beans, farofa and Brazilian house made vinaigrette) The staff are the best people too, really friendly. Definitely worth a try!!

We got the Coxinhas, dumplings, picanha sandwich, and beef and corn and cheese balls. SO GOOD!!!! Everything was fantastic, and very authentic! We’ll be returning soon!

So tasty! Only place in Humboldt that has giant bao bun dumplings and tasty Brazilian sandwiches and plates. Absolutely love their fries and fried rice plate with Tofu (pictured). Everything is so fresh and the owners are the sweetest people <3

I love their Picanha Steak Melt. I get it every time I go to the Bigfoot Taproom.
My friends love their Chinese Bao vegetarian option. Whatever you get it is quite tasty.

Highly disappointing and almost insulting. They apparently think people aren't smart enough to notice the food is obviously just cheap (likely grocery outlet or some other common store) packaged food that has been heated and served under the guise of "fusion". My 4 year old nephew could use more culinary creativity than the dishes offered at this mimic of an establishment. Payed almost 20 dollars for a dish that I could have made for a twentieth of the cost. Tasted like food served at an elementary school cafeteria. Do better and stop ripping people off.

I love this truck! The people are friendly and the food is great! I had the Brazilian sandwich and the baozi and they were both great. This is one of the few places around here where you can get authentic Chinese dumplings.
