We got the Coxinhas, dumplings, picanha sandwich, and beef and corn and cheese balls. SO GOOD!!!! Everything was fantastic, and very authentic! We’ll be returning soon!

Highly disappointing and almost insulting. They apparently think people aren't smart enough to notice the food is obviously just cheap (likely grocery outlet or some other common store) packaged food that has been heated and served under the guise of "fusion". My 4 year old nephew could use more culinary creativity than the dishes offered at this mimic of an establishment. Payed almost 20 dollars for a dish that I could have made for a twentieth of the cost. Tasted like food served at an elementary school cafeteria. Do better and stop ripping people off.

I love this truck! The people are friendly and the food is great! I had the Brazilian sandwich and the baozi and they were both great. This is one of the few places around here where you can get authentic Chinese dumplings.

I have been to this truck a few time. each time o have got the veggie dumplings, they are absolutely delicious !! I would highly recommend to order them for anyone that goes here. they also are pretty decent quantity of food for the price. Thank you fusion bites !?

I was excited to give this new Humboldt food truck a try but was highly disappointed instead. I ordered pork dumplings and although the lady at the counter was very nice, the food tasted and smelled like plastic when I opened the box at home. I ordered broccoli as the side and it too tasted like plastic or strange oil, it went straight to the trash. The customer service was nice and the location was convenient but for those looking for flavorful food worth the price, go elsewhere because this food was inedible.

This food is really bad, some of it is inedible. I thought it would be full of flavor and unique spices, but it was completely bland: plain rice that tasted like plastic, plain beans that also tasted like plastic, and steak that was very basic salt and pepper seasoned. The price was average if the food had been good, but the food wasn't good so $14 for a plate of food that I dumped in the trash isn't a good deal. I wish there had been an honest review so I could have spent my money elsewhere, which is why I am writing this to warn others. I have had some bad food here in Humboldt, but this might be the worst.
I tried Fusion Bites for the first time today and it was a phenomenal experience. The Lady and gentleman working were so pleasant to speak with. I asked them which is better, the Dumplings or the Bao. The sweet lady said the Bao were special to her, so she encouraged me to try them (and that dumplings are everywhere which is very true.) 3 Pork Bao for $14 (ish) with a side is a great deal. You know I had to get the Kimchi to go with it. Everything was so fresh and delicious! I absolutely recommend trying this food truck, and I look forward to trying their other items, too. They also gave me a Brazilian chocolate for ordering with them :)

Absolutely delicious!! We tried the steak melt, and pork sandwich, they were cooked perfectly and were full of flavor! We also tried the dumplings and they were just as good as the sandwiches. The owner was extremely friendly and it looks like he keeps everything really clean.
