I tried Fusion Bites for the first time today and it was a phenomenal experience. The Lady and gentleman working were so pleasant to speak with. I asked them which is better, the Dumplings or the Bao. The sweet lady said the Bao were special to her, so she encouraged me to try them (and that dumplings are everywhere which is very true.) 3 Pork Bao for $14 (ish) with a side is a great deal. You know I had to get the Kimchi to go with it. Everything was so fresh and delicious! I absolutely recommend trying this food truck, and I look forward to trying their other items, too. They also gave me a Brazilian chocolate for ordering with them :)

Absolutely delicious!! We tried the steak melt, and pork sandwich, they were cooked perfectly and were full of flavor! We also tried the dumplings and they were just as good as the sandwiches. The owner was extremely friendly and it looks like he keeps everything really clean.

I'd never tried BAO before and enjoyed it a lot. I found it amazing that they really are Chinese and Brazilians cooking, so it really tastes like it's from there. It's worth every penny to get to know a bit more about the culture of other countries and to eat properly served and tasty dishes.

Unfortunately, being the foodie I am we ordered just about everything on the menu..
For the price we paid, I don’t think it was worth the wait. Everything was salty. Bao buns NEED sauce on the meat/veggies inside (dry) and the dumplings just aren’t dumplings, the ham steak was inedible.. tasted like the ham steaks you buy in the store that is vacuum sealed salt bomb.
Welcome to the food industry, but you definitely need brushing up on your cooking skills and I believe it’d be top notch for the price you’re charging customers. The idea you have is amazing, but it was a miss for us.
