This hide gem is a perfect taqueria. They have indoor sitting. They are one of the better places to get Mexican style food in arcata. Fresh ingredients and the salsa is house made which is as a plus super tasty! Staff is friendly and quick service. 100% worth trying! Beers are cheap however they have a small selection!

Called at 7:25 to place an order and nobody answered. So I drove over to order in person and got there at 7:30 to a locked door and could see people still inside working/cleaning up. I know they close at 8, but 7:30 is not 8.

For what it is Hey Juan’s is the best place to eat at on planet earth. It may not be the most authentic mexican cuisine in town but get a fish burrito and try to tell me u didn’t cream ur jeans on the first bite. They do need to bring back the “Seahog”
