Sandwich was really good however, I was thrown off by no gloves and the wet rag on the counter that kept wiping off the sandwich station. Coming from a cottage baker myself I know the laws of food handlers and this is how bacteria is created. I wanted a hot sandwich which it was hot but only the meat. I was expecting the entire sandwich. Besides that the sandwich was good. Just wish it was a little more sanitary.
I haven’t seen any other reviews about this, so it only feels right to speak my truth. Please don’t get the Dutch crunch bread — it was so sad and crumbly. Any of the other bread options must be better than that one.
For the price I expect better. So the food was decent my dad got a roast beef, great. However I order the Rueben, my mistake. The ingredients were good the execution was not. The meat is microwaved and the sauerkraut was placed directly on to unheated bread creating a mushy mess. The gal making it even noticed asking another person and they said “whatever.” My sandwich literally fell apart even when wrapped in paper.
