Their mostly drive-thru location was near our hotel and I went here every morning while in town to get my go-to Oat Latte. They were so friendly and you never feel pressured to tip on a $6 drink. From where I live on the central coast, prices here are in line with fresh ground coffee drinks. They are slow on weekends at busy times but quality and customer service was worth it.My husband got the Oat Mocha and he liked it too. I get there near when they open so not too busy. I wish we had this cute drive-thru near me.

Jitter Bean in Arcata is a good quick place to get a coffee drink. There is a small seating area here with a good view of the plazza. They keep it clean here and the employees are good-natured and usually smile at my bad jokes.

My husband and I visited Jitter Bean Coffee Co at the end of August. We're actually from Van Buren, AR! He was adamant about visiting this local coffee chain. We both ordered an iced white mocha! I thought that it was good. The inside of the building was clean and had a little seating space. It had big windows with a great view Arcata Square. If I was a student at the local university, I would consider studying there! I thought that the staff were friendly and that they finished our order promptly. I think it is a great place to get an afternoon ice coffee - - - that is what we did!

Great coffee w/ great service, but it's on the pricier end compared to other places in town. We came here twice over the weekend and every drink we ordered was great! We asked for double shots in everything and got exactly what we paid for. I would say that the lobby is a tight space but it's fine for a quick in and out coffee grab!

I asked for nonfat milk in my latte. They made it with 2%. They admitted they made it incorrectly, but acted like they were doing me a favor by making me a new one. I didn’t appreciate the guilt trip for their mistake. The correct drink was good.

While delicious, was too hot. I know that sounds silly, but trust & believe, you’re gonna wanna let that bad boy cool off for at least 20 minutes. Had grabbed some chocolate from a store nearby & did a pairing here. Was fun.

There aren’t too many cafes or roasters that open early in the morning. Jitter bean was a decent coffee shop - not great, but decent. Wouldn’t recommend it, but there aren’t too many choices in the area - sadly!
