This coffee company has become our go to for fresh delicious whole bean coffee for our espresso. We finally got an espresso machine and our coffee game is now next level and using Kinetic Coffee beans has been an amazing experience. The coffee makes a rich crema and it has copious delicious flavor profiles. I highly recommend this roaster to others whether using for espresso or other brewing methods.

Our company works with Kinetic Koffee directly. Their special blends are not only delicious, but they have a blend for all occasions. Their customer service is wonderful, and their company has a wonderful footprint in the sand in Humboldt County. I would highly recommend trying them.

I wanted to see how it was before writing a review, but for the past 3 times I have been there, their coffee has been bitter even with added sweeteners- probably because the baristas didn't know how to pull shots properly? As a former barista and person who has worked customer service their whole life, I wasn't trying to be super Karen on them, but I paid 3$ extra this time for added sweetener and soymilk because last order was super bitter and gross- and it tasted even worse than the last one I got. Would not reccomend, unfortunately you'd get better coffee at a chain. Super bummed because I've been trying to support local and it apparently isn't worth it.

I was introduced to Kinetic Koffee by some friends in McKinleyville. While I live in a Pacific NW community with plentiful and excellent coffee selections, I have found it difficult to find a DECAF coffee which is water processed (Vs chemical processed) that I like. I lean towards an oily and strong French roast coffee and the Dekaf Decadence hits the mark for me. So, I order it online and it gets shipped to my house. They offer whole bean and a variety of grinds that fits any need. Recently, when I received a shipment of whole bean rather than the French Press grind that I ordered, I reached out to the company via email. Even during the Coronavirus pandemic, I received a quick email response (it was even on a Saturday)! Charles apologized and offered to send me the correct order at no charge! What great customer service and what a great company! Try it!
