Consistently good, large burritos. I haven't ventured into their other fare. I always get a lunch craving for their al pastor burrito swearing I'll only eat half, end up eating the entire burrito then napping off in the afternoon. Solid food and relatively quick. I haven't toured all of the taco trucks around here, but they are my go-to default.

So far I've only eaten here once, with a local friend who loves the fish burritos. I bought the super veggie burrito, which was both huge & sooo yummy! Tried to buy food here again this afternoon, but food truck was not present at about 4:35 when I arrived. Maybe she left early, or didn't set up shop today? :( So, four stars for unclear hours. ? But I wish this lady all the best - she's got a good thing going! Will be happy to update this review if clarity is offered around hours of operation.
