Cute spot, friendly staff, decent prices, but the bagels are TRASH. Purchased half a dozen bagels when they opened, assuming the bagels would be fresh, but they were stiff, hard, and very clearly old. Maybe they were just trying to get rid of their old bagels before the morning rush started, I don't know, but this is definitely NOT the place to go if you're looking for a decent bagel.
Brought our family of 7 here and everyone tried something different for lunch. Maybe it had been over hyped for us, but we were a bit underwhelmed. To be clear, nothing was bad however we probably won’t be going back. We waited in line for 15 min and then other 10 min after ordering. Cost around $80. The bagels egg sandwiches were filling and tasted like quality ingredients. The bagels with cream cheese or jam were solid.

Food and beverage are consistent. Service consistently makes me feel like a bother. Today I came in early/there was a short line. Ordered a bagel and a latte. Tipped a dollar even though it's already pricey. I waited about 5/10 mins for my drink after receiving my bagel and decided I wanted to leave. I asked for a refund since there was still no line. I was refunded 3.75. My drink had alternative milk and a syrup. I was physically shooed away after being refunded. Not sure...
