Whole place was meh, the feel from the staff, the coffee and the cold muffin from Costco just wasn't what we expected.

Memories of that local coffee spot for friends business and family used to walk there everyday for random meet up’s away from the kids for a bit

Food takes quite awhile and I've never received the right coffee order even after three tries. It's honestly kind of comical at this point. Friendly staff however and a good work space!

Ladies working were super nice and helpful when I wanted feedback on different drinks. I got the red latte and it was really good. Their hours are not correct on yelp, ended up having to wait 30 mins.

Love the picnic tables for spreading out. Had some apricot pie that was amazing. A bit pricey but great customer service, space and WiFi. Parking plentiful.

Worst coffee shop in Arcata. They get two stars instead of one for fast internet. The girls that work there are usually rude and short, and their food leaves a lot to be desired. If you like soggy bagels with tuna fish though, you'll enjoy it.

Great expresso, fast internet and charging outlets! Clean bathrooms and sweet staff!Recommend!

Rude staff, didn't even get a chance to grab a coffee, complained about my mask (which I had no issue about) before I even had a chance to grab it. Very unpleasant. Sure their coffee is good, maybe change your approach when it comes to people walking in.

Delicious drinks. Better quality coffee than Starbucks.

I look forward to going here when my money drops at the beginning of the month. It's a 10 minute walk from my place so that's convenient. The baristas are friendly and inviting, particularly Garrett, who, despite dense or difficult customers ("Karen's" as 'the kids' say ), always seems to have a friendly twinkle in their eye and a positive outlook. It's my go to coffee spot.

I saw this coffee shop online driving through town that was almost a 5 star and was excited to try it out. I got there and the cashier made me and my daughter feel so unwelcome. Maybe she was having a bad day. She was so rude to me because I forgot to put on my mask. I put my mask on and she gave me attitude the whole time I was trying to order and the coffee wasn’t that great but maybe she was new.

I frequent here and would say it is my "go to" spot, aside from The Plaza. Most of my experiences have been good, aside from one woman who worked there that insisted that what I normally paid $5 for was now $6.50. I haven't seen her working there though so maybe she got fired for getting caught price gouging customers. The rest of the staff are very friendly, particularly Garrett. That guy deserves a raise. Most of them are the type of people that are friendly and make you look forward to your next visit, and are easygoing and puts me at ease despite my problematic social anxiety. Don't worry, I am seeing a therapist and working though it. Haha. But not kidding.

Change your hours online. Simple. And also don't be rude 15:59 when I walked in and was told rudely by the dark long haired barista in a beanie y'all were closed. Again, change your hours to reflect that if so.

Super personable owner/manager. We're from out of town and she gave us spot-on recommendations. Bagel sandwich is to die for.

During a weekend visit to watch a college game, I found this coffee house on Yelp. The shop is clean, spacious, and feels like a coffee shop. I ordered four lattes- everyone including myself loved our drinks. The balance between the sweetness of the vanilla and the coffee was excellent. Definitely recommend if your are visiting the area!
