Got several items from the night market in Eureka including several cookies and a cinnamon roll. Everything had freshness issues. Nothing tasted fresh, everything tasted like it had been sitting there in package for too long. Nothing had Best by / expiration on package but they probably should. It is hard to know when it is time to throw a stagnant product out when there isn’t even a production date on package. Really disappointed, won’t buy anything ever again from this brand. I would recommend at least putting a production date on your labels so you at least know when it’s time to throw it out, instead of serving customers old stale products.

The Danish pastries were the best I've ever had. Sooo incredibly good. I got a second one later in the day.The blueberry filling was perfectly sweet and a delicate melted texture I was so pleasantly surprised by.The crust was the best part though. Distinct layers of buttery, crispy perfection. ?Thank you for the delicious treat. I hope more people enjoy what you have to offer.

My husband and I were in Ferndale for the Humboldt County Fair and our friend recommended Patches. We ate breakfast there both days as the food is so good and the owner, chef extraordinaire (Patch) is a wonderful human being and astute and caring businessperson. We tried the macaroon and snickerdoodle cookies-YUM! Our tastebuds were treated to something new and wonderful by the Porker Sandwich a sandwich with salami, prosciutto, goat cheese and spicy jam (forgot name). The sweet tooth Belgium waffle was perfection. I wish we were there to try everything on the menu. The restaurant itself was super fun, full of old pictures and county fair memorabilia.

After a morning bike ride out to Camp Weott, we stopped at Patches’ Pastries at the fairgrounds. Wow! Friendly owner and staff, top notch pastries and beverages! I could tell they use the finest ingredients. We shared a lemon poppyseed and a a blueberry muffin, and they were perfect. My husband had the rich and delicious hot chocolate. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We wish them success in this endeavor. I predict that if you go there once, you’ll be back!

Their prices are reasonable and the quality is superb. Their establishment is very clean and invitng. My new favorite spot for coffee and a Danish .Located inside the fairgrounds in Ferndale. Absolutely Wonderful..!!

Went to the Ferndale Fairgrounds and purchased the most wonderful maple sweet bread cinnamon rolls that are to die for, not to mention the other treats, danishes and the such. Best I have had in a long time. And the service and energy was what made it all the sweeter. Great job. Will recommend and keep going.
