Eva is the nicest!!! She made my experience very relaxing. She made me feel really comfortable and at home even though it was my first time at the spa. I appreciated her calm demeanor and friendly energy. The facility was super clean and well decorated. I was excited that I was able to keep a small polish after the treatment. I definitely will be going back!
I've had good experiences and have been several times for different services. But I went for a facial at 6:15pm and one of the staff had her 2 young kids there, literally running around and screaming the ENTIRE time. That is literally the exact opposite of relaxing. It's a SPA!!! How she thought it was okay is beyond me. I'll take my money elsewhere for now on.
