Tucked away just outside Eureka, this food truck is hosted by a bar that was super warm and cozy to sit in from the cold outside.
While many recommended the black garlic tacos, they were underwhelming. The beef had a similar texture to bulgogi but the toppings clashed. The sauce and pickled onions created an odd flavor combination that didn’t quite work. Without the toppings, the tacos were decent.
The bulgogi was the standout of the meal. The beef was tender and flavorful, with a sweetness perfectly balanced by the creamy sauce. The vegetables were so fresh tasting with a light tanginess that kept them from being bland.
The fries were excellent—crispy and golden, though the large garlic chunks were occasionally overpowering. The accompanying garlicky, creamy sauce, however, was absolutely divine. for.
Don't let the secret out, love this place. Food hits the spot..

The food was good. Fries were on point. The smash burger tastes exactly like a Big Mac, which isn’t my favorite but it was edible.
The customer service is trash. The guy who took my order was so rude. I actually wanted to order more things but got frustrated with his attitude, so to end the interaction as quick as possible I just stopped ordering. He is not good for business. Wish him and this establishment all the best

Very chill labor day lunch at Redwood Curtain with South G tacos. We got the fish and beef tacos, with a side of parm garlic fries. The garlic was POTENT and in clumps, so beware if you are sensitive. It was all fantastic and fresh! Good thing I skipped breakfast because it was almost too much food.
Paired everything with samplers of Rice It Up Lager, a Mexican Lager, and Irish Stout. The cider and local made rootbeer were also fabulous. A really great day. The outdoor and indoor seating are equally pleasant, and RCB has bathrooms, shuffleboard, water and even a Litte Free Library!
One of my favorite out of the way hangouts when I have guests!
Parking: A business parking lot, usually not hard to find a space, but good to carpool if you can!

The burgers were absolutely delicious. The garlic fries had large sections of raw minced garlic. The fries that weren’t covered in raw garlic were crunchy and tasty! The food truck crew looked at us and a small child multiple times. It took about 10 min before they took our order. Overall I’d say definitely try this place out but don’t have high expectations.

Really good food every time! Consistently flavorful, highly recommended the parmesan garlic fries. They’re some of the best French fries I’ve ever had. Yogi bowl is really great as well. More expensive than lots of food trucks but very worth it, seating inside Redwood Curtain has a great atmosphere. Great for large groups of friends or family, as well as a fun date night.

I’m not sure why this place is so well reviewed. The fish tacos (fried fish) were dry and just not that tasty. Fish & chips was a bit better. But it took 25 minutes to get these mediocre fish tacos. Won’t be going back.
