Waited over an hour for the food, larger groups that ordered after us were being served before us and the service was rude when we politely asked about it. On top of that the burger was practically a burnt grilled cheese with vegetables and meat bits thrown in. Maybe it's better on different days but it definitely wasn't great the day I visited

Amazing smashburger. We both really enjoyed them. Plain salted fries are fantastic as well. Crispy fluffy salty little pieces of heaven! We'll definitely be back!

holy smokes. I am speechless. The food is absolutely delicious. My boyfriend and I were on our way from fern canyon and needed a good meal. I got the Fish Sando and my boyfriend got the wagyu burger and beef bulgogi bowl. The fish sando was absolutely phenomenal. It was crispy yet beautifully buttery. The toppings made the flavor even more fantastic. As for the burger, the meat was perfectly cooked and tasted BOMB! The bulgogi bowl was sweet with a little tang. Service was great, came out super fast. PLEASE STOP HERE

It is somehow one of the best restaurants in the county. Everything is delicious and it's usually just two guys in a truck. They do such a good job. If this was a standalone restaurant I'd go all the time. So good!

Tucked away just outside Eureka, this food truck is hosted by a bar that was super warm and cozy to sit in from the cold outside.
While many recommended the black garlic tacos, they were underwhelming. The beef had a similar texture to bulgogi but the toppings clashed. The sauce and pickled onions created an odd flavor combination that didn’t quite work. Without the toppings, the tacos were decent.
The bulgogi was the standout of the meal. The beef was tender and flavorful, with a sweetness perfectly balanced by the creamy sauce. The vegetables were so fresh tasting with a light tanginess that kept them from being bland.
The fries were excellent—crispy and golden, though the large garlic chunks were occasionally overpowering. The accompanying garlicky, creamy sauce, however, was absolutely divine. for.
