When I entered the store an employee told me he was on break and I would have to wait until he was finished to place my order. I left and will not go back. The subway in Mckinleyville is much better.

I love going to subway, it’s one of my favorite places to eat. However, this specific spot is the worst one I’ve went to yet. The employees are very rude and when I ask for extra olives and pickles a particular worker gives me a couple and I have to ask literally 4 times just to get what I asked for in the first place. This looks horrible for the whole company of subway ,and the manager needs to have a serious talk with there workers on what it means to have good customer service and at the least just some decency to other human beings. I will never ever come back and I hope they get their act together.

I think she’s the manager I’m not sure she literally is always there continues to over charge me. When confronted her about it she shrugged her shoulders and told the cashier to continue to charge me. It’s definitely worth it to drive a few extra minutes to a different location.
Took 35 mins to order. Nice employee, but it definitely needs more than one person working at a time, and their internet was down so I couldn't use my card, luckily I had enough cash to cover it.

Not worth it. Very bad franchisee. Definitely worth the extra few minutes drive to a different location. No way will I ever pay 15$ for a sandwich and be told I’m not allowed extra vegetables… insane. That’s the whole point of subway. There is no “limit”. I even offered to pay extra for olives and was denied. Horrible service and will not be a return customer here. 0/10. Recommend a different location for sure
