Update: District Manager Cody Severtson contacted me and did not once acknowledge the mistreatment. He simply made excuses for having a terrible employee. It seems this is how customers are treated even up the corporate ladder. Wow. Horrible treatment! The large woman whom I assume is the manager (she's always there) was incredibly rude to my elderly mother. The language and treatment was appalling, I was completely stunned. No matter how bad your day is or how little you feel you get paid, customers are still human beings. Unbelievable. My poor mother was so upset that I helped her to the car before getting the woman's name. Will update if I get it.

Have been ordering the same exact sandwich built the same exact way for over ten years at subway locations all over the country. This location is the first to mess it up in any way. They failed to read simple instructions and ruined my sandwich. Didn’t ask for it to be toasted, it was & burnt, and got a random assortment of ingredients on top of what I ordered. They were confident enough to bag it up and leave it on the pickup counter for me. Careful making orders online, apparently reading comprehension isn’t a job requirement.

Came in here for lunch. Did an online order, waited 20 minutes until I went into the restaurant- waited another 10 for my sandwich. Honestly mad I tipped when I waited for her to complete multiple orders infront of mine even though I was in the restaurant actively waiting.

I’ll never eat at this subway again. I was never asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted, was never asked if I wanted extra veggies or a different sauce. She made my sandwich at the same time as the person in front of me, so I was never really sure if that was my sandwich being worked on.Then when I ask about that, the woman said that’s the way that sandwich comes. Are you kidding me? She told me she would toast it after I called her on it but she never did. This person was just interested in making the sandwich and being done with it. I’ll go to hole in the wall next time. Food was super cold.

They are constantly out of things. Breads, meats, vegetables - they're even regularly out of salt. How can you be out of salt? lol It's literally in the same parking lot as Safeway, go buy some salt.One thing they are never out of is bottled water. Because they wont give you a cup for water with your $14 sandwich, you must buy a bottle of water.

Kitty would not change her gloves for me when I asked because I am vegetarian and she was just handling meat. Other than that the wait time from getting in to getting our food was an hour with only two people in front of us. I am vegetarian so when we got to the front we asked the worker “Kitty” to change her gloves. She doesn’t and then immediately just asks what cheese we both want. I said I wanted an egg and cheese but I guess she didn’t hear me and proceeded to toast mine and my boyfriend’s (not vegetarian) sandwich. She sets them down in front of the veggies when my boyfriend asked about getting meat she started getting defensive and saying that he should have asked before she toasted them. When I mentioned that I was getting an egg and cheese she rolled her eyes and said we should’ve asked before she toasted. She at no point gave us a moment to ask, as soon as we went up she just wanted to know what cheese we wanted. She ended up burning her finger when she made the eggs. She kept saying that we should have asked for stuff before she toasted our sandwich and she burnt her finger because we didn’t. It definitely felt accusatory.

Kitty (or something like that, was extremely rude and unprofessional/lazy and refused to switch out gloves or wash hands between handling meat and for vegetarian customers even when asked politely. Slowest service I’ve ever seen in a subway and worst attitude I’ve seen from a fast food worker. 5 people including myself walked out within the 15 minutes I was stood there
I go in to subway everyday! Sometimes twice in a day! with my co-worker and the staff is always extremely polite and punctual!

For a month a was on a subway kick and went every SINGLE day and went to all of them and this was by far the most consistent. The other ones in mckinleyville, eureka and valley west didn't have bread... roast beef, turkey, no veggies. The one in mckinleyville had a full list that said no roast beef, no meatballs, no wheat bread, no salmai ect... this was the ONLY one that consistently had everything. The other ones are always missing something or the oven doesn't work or some irritating issue
