Usually great but the last few times my orders have been completely wrong. I ordered the Nashville fries and they were unfortunately burnt. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I've gone three times since, ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and every single time I've received a sandwich that was not what I ordered. My friends have unfortunately reported the same. Please fire the blond kid for the love of God!!! 😡😡😡

Wow, that was a very bad chicken sandwich! I should have read the reviews first. The chicken was way over fried, disintegrated into pieces with the first bite. Really plain flavors. Slightly burnt buns. Barely any sauce. Yikes!

I’m normally a huge fan of the couxp. They were probably slammed when I placed my order on DD, but my bahn mi was missing several ingredients including cilantro,and pickled carrots and daikon radish. Was more of a regular spicy chicken sandwich without it. I was about to try to enjoy it anyway when I noticed a small amount of mold on the bun.
If these things would’ve happened on two separate sandwiches, i’d honestly be fine. But moldy bread on a sandwich with missing ingredients was frustrating. My side of thai sauce was also missing from the my order.
I shared the issue with doordash and only got a $4.83 refund on the $17 sandwich but that’s a complaint on DD, not the Couxp.
3 stars because I have enjoyed previous orders just fine before this.

Waited 30 mins for my food , wasn’t even busy Had multiple orders order after me and some how , someone ordered. The same sandwich ate and left before I could get my food, messed up my order on top of that as well.

The crew working today produced PHENOMENAL food. In the past I've been a little disappointed with my meals at the Couxp but will come with friends when they want to go. Today I decided to just order myself some wings instead of a sandwich and they were fantastic. I'm not sure if it's new owners or staff, but the folks working were super kind, provided great service, and made the best wings I've had in a LOOOONG time.
