Horrible service on doordash! They cant seem to get anything correct! Im very dissatisfied This is the 3rd time they have messed up my order, either giving me the wrong ice cream flavor or not giving me the topping i paid extra for. Plus an ice cream comes out to almost $20 on doordash. If im paying such a high price i at least want to get what I ordered!

First off great food and wonderful toping selection. Mostly though I'm reviewing because the people are awesome. I've only shown up twice for now but I've been one of the people who comes in late and close to closing. Despite this the people working their are absolutely amazing and make a great atmosphere.

My daughter and I stopped in for a fro yo, because we absolutely love the stuff, and we were very impressed with the warm service we received and the variety of flavors and toppings! The girl at the counter greeted us with a smile and offered us samples, she made us feel so welcomed. We will definitely be going back the next time we visit Arcata!

Work took the restroom when my mother wasn't waiting patiently for it. She had black hair red shirt and is short. This lady was Ruby and seemed shallow. I come here every week on Tuesday and she's amazing...but these girls have no customer service skill, and the one in the red shirt was rude as hell. No bueno

Outstanding customer service! From the moment my daughter and I walked in. We were cheerfully greeted by a very sweet lady and were welcomed and the nice gentleman in the back offered us taste tests. Wow!! Now this is amazing service! Thank you!!!

I had a great experience, the lady who has been working here for 4 years was so nice and welcoming ! I usually don’t leave reviews but I definitely had to because she was sooooo sweet and let us have a sample of the ice cream so we can know which one we like :) it was such a vibe in there , good music , the little place is soooo cute . 10/10 crepe and ice cream (yogurt) was bomb . i’d definitely go again !
Yogurt is fine but some staff is not very nice (nasty). Made me wait a while for the bathroom then they have to go back and unlock bathroom for you because they can’t just give you a key.Then remind you scornfully to close the door afterwards. I bring my children here often and I’m not sure I should come back. I know it’s hard to work here but if you’re working here do it right. You may even say thank you for tipping for no service.
