Outstanding customer service! From the moment my daughter and I walked in. We were cheerfully greeted by a very sweet lady and were welcomed and the nice gentleman in the back offered us taste tests. Wow!! Now this is amazing service! Thank you!!!

I had a great experience, the lady who has been working here for 4 years was so nice and welcoming ! I usually don’t leave reviews but I definitely had to because she was sooooo sweet and let us have a sample of the ice cream so we can know which one we like :) it was such a vibe in there , good music , the little place is soooo cute . 10/10 crepe and ice cream (yogurt) was bomb . i’d definitely go again !Dietary restrictions: There’s dairy free ice cream !
Yogurt is fine but some staff is not very nice (nasty). Made me wait a while for the bathroom then they have to go back and unlock bathroom for you because they can’t just give you a key.Then remind you scornfully to close the door afterwards. I bring my children here often and I’m not sure I should come back. I know it’s hard to work here but if you’re working here do it right. You may even say thank you for tipping for no service.

i was in there today and they were being absolutely disrespectful to a poor homeless guy who just wanted a coffee, and as soon as he left they were saying things about how he was “disgusting” and they couldn’t wait for him to leave. it made me super uncomfortable and feel awful for the poor guy who jus wanted his coffee

This place is a self serve place, so the immediate interaction with the employees come off as dismissive. Not to mention it is a tad bit confusing to find the bowls that are located on the very end on a some what hidden table. The yogurt fountains were kinda dingy and dirty looking. And the flavor cards were just plain lazy i think, Laminate doesnt make it 5 star. The toppings are all random and some of the toppings looked like they were forgotten about, . The hot fudge pumps were extremely hard to push down and not hot either. Not to mention they have an extremely aggressive NO phone charging rule. I Just wanted a place to eat. Read my book and perhaps let my phone charge at the same time. Over all Place is extremely dismissive and dirty, Really wish i didnt leave the staff a tip, but thought i would be nice today

This one star is for the staff attitude only. Just touring the little downtown, we needed a restroom. We walked in and asked the counter person if they had a restroom. They said yes, it's in the back. My friend proceeded that way. I was standing and contemplating the menu options and the employee states, "Are you buying something? Because the bathroom is for customers only." I said, "Well, do you want to go tell my friend or are you asking me to get him out of the bathroom?" The employee proceeded down the hall to see if my friend was already in the restroom!!! I was so offended (and that takes a lot with me). The person came back and stated again that the bathroom was for customers only. So I said, "Look, I was considering purchasing something but due to your demeanor, I won't be and get your manager if you'd like to and I'll tell them." Out comes the manager and again saying, "Our policy is that the restroom is for customers only," to which I replied, "Then we should have been told that BEFORE we were directed to the restroom." She agreed but did not apologize. My friend came out of the bathroom, with no idea what happened, and asked me if I wanted to buy food (hell no!!). He thanked the person up front who just responded, "uh huh."

Not coming here again. Barely any fruit or Sauce. If you are going to order here ask for more fruit and or more sauce.
