Omg - this place is amazing! I was staying at a hotel across the street. I've ordered from this place once, I got Chile verde and remember it was being really good. Then my next visit in town, I ordered from somewhere else and remember paying a lot for small portions. I went in here today, and ordered chili Colorado and beans. Sometimes I just get lazy and order from whoever I can just order from online. It seemed like a husband and wife who own the store. A large chili Colorado was $14 - delicious and came with home made tortillas! The beans were also delicious and $5 for a large size! My partners family is from Mexico, and this truly reminded me of a home cooked meal at my family's home. The prices were low compared to other places - yet food was tastier than other restaurants! I hope people support this store because their food is amazing!

Valley Azteca really and truly makes my favorite ceviche in town. I've tried the ceviche almost everywhere in town and no one has been able to rival the limey goodness of Azteca's shrimp ceviche. Also, the Azteca salad comes with a truly unbelievable amount of shrimp. I appreciate it every time. The beans are good here, the horchata is good here (not too sweet), crispy potato tacos are great too. Really large menu and kind waitstaff. I will vote this the #1 restaurant in all of valley west.
