I took my wife here tonight on our way back home because she wanted her cappuccino blast drink. I drive by this Baskin Robbins everyday but never visited this location because it's inside a gas station and there no left then when exiting the plaza.
When we came tonight an hour before they close, they were not busy at all. There was only one lady working tonight. I got a small strawberry smoothie and my wife got her medium cappuccino blast. It took awhile for her to make our drink but we were understanding. Another guest came after us and waited for the lady to finish making our drink.
Our drinks were good and we didn't have a bad experience here.

Baskin robins your employee Elizabeth was so rude, worse experience ever. First off being on the phone, answering questions wrong, & being rude . Maybe if she was off her phone she would have a better attitude and customer service.
