Went to this location yesterday because I was nearby and my kids were very hungry, but I usually go to the one in Van Nuys, by Hazeltine and Sherman Way. Well, we got there and their menu was a bit different than the one I usually go and their prices...ridiculous. Same quality and delicious food, that's why it has 2 stars, but the difference in prices are taking the other 3 stars. It's more expensive than other location and combos are smaller. Not going to that location again.

The few time I've been here, they are always out of so much food. No sandwiches, no choice sides, stale biscuits. They only had one type of side. Not just this time either. Chicken looks like it's been sitting out for a while too. Not busy, they just don't have anything.

I love there food, so does my family. Came to buy a meal for my son's 18th birthday. His favorite place, but Ana the cashier had the worst attitude. She needs to get retrained with her customer service skills. And worst of all she claimed there was no manager in the store to talk to, until 5 hours later. What kind of business doesn't have a manager in the store for 5 hours, she claims his name was Francisco. So please "Francisco" when you get back in your store. Retrain Ana with her customer service skills teach her some manners, and remind her she has a job because we the customer's still buy from you.
The food is great. But the service is extremely slow. Staff did not acknowledge new customers as they entered the restaurant. And largely ignored anyone who's order was not being prepared. I found this off putting. The other nearby location closed so you have to chose between poor service or finding somewhere else to eat.

It took 35 minutes AFTER waiting 20 minutes just to ORDER my food to actually GET my food...and I discovered when I got home, a side order was missing...but I must say tge chicken was really good
