I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. She had already served me before and she was very rude. I make all the other employees look bad... everything is delicious except for the woman. I hope she learns to value her work and has more empathy in herself and the others. Tables are sticky, staff have nasty attitude, on top of it didn't honor daily happy hour special.. when confronted about it she simply said if you don't mention anything you don't get the special.. they are too busy too care for it.

Bad customer service they need to improve

Karina, a very tight woman, is a wevona and should not work as a tutor as she hates her job so much. The other day he refused me a helosa because supposedly it was already night. But hey, I didn't know they were already doing it to me. He has a horrible attitude and character. If you hate your job so much, look somewhere else.

This used to be my favorite place up until yesterday , I bought one of their gelatinas and it had mold on it ! When I went to alert one of the workers she tried to say it was the dye from the gelatin and I told her then why is it fuzzy like that ?She rolled her eyes at me and told me she’d give me another one but that it didn’t have mold , I told her I wanted something else instead and she proceeded to put the gelatin that she touched with her bare fingers back into the fridge to resell, i will NEVER be going back again.

Placed an order on Postmates and got canceled. When I called the lady said it was because there was no corn apparently. They also don’t really answer the phone and tell you they’re about to close even though they’re not. Not cool.

The crepes are terrible, the fruit has been cut for a long time and is ugly. They didn't even put Nutella on my crepe. When I complained about it, they said it did have nutela but it had melted ?
