The SU reminded me of that time was in there for a sandwich and some guy got enraged because his sandwich got toasted then pulled out because im black card. Overall the sandwich and the environment was really enjoyable abd entertaining.

I ordered through the app, gotta say NEVER AGAIN. I spent over $50 for the skinniest sandwiches, employees can’t even follow their own formula properly. It’s as if it’s coming out of their paycheck. I’m paying over $50 for nothing. Don’t order from here. The atmosphere in there is dead and the older lady can’t even prepare the food correctly.

The lady that works, there was very rude wasn’t very helpful. At the time I went. She was all by herself. She had no manager on duty to speak to about the situation that I was having with her. I ordered from my app and forgot to add mustard and mayonnaise on my app and when I asked her to put it, she’s like it’s not on the receipt and she gave me an attitude and then I had a promotion deal which you can have either chips or two cookies like no no no no it’s only chips. My boss only tell me chips. I don’t know if there was a language barrier or not. But there was a big attitude problem with her she didn’t say welcome hi or nothing seems like she was angry.

and it seems like the owners don’t really care about the reviews because there’s a lot of negative reviews towards the store because if they did, they would train their employees about customer service
