I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about this business and the owners. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I ordered a customized cake for my little sister’s birthday and it was so perfect! So perfect my sister didn’t even want to cut it up to eat it lol. We ended up convincing her after taking many pictures of the cake and it was so delicious! They have so many options to choose from, flavor of the cake, fillings, toppings, etc. The pricing is so reasonable as well, they’re truly amazing! If you ever need a cake or even to stop somewhere quick to eat you NEED to come here!

Best subs around but not at $15 , how can you raise the price of your subs by 50% that robbery 101 come on man . We’re all for supporting small businesses but when you price gouge on items like this the word get out and you end up losing business.

Cont. on from last post. Which was ridiculous waiting so long on pricing after a couple of days. I placed my order for this cake. I went in to pay for the cake which I paid for it all in full. Which was another $200 down the drain. This is where multiple red flags started to occur. The communication this bakery has is very irritating. There have been instances where I have messaged them through the phone number they have on their instagram, and where they have not responded to me. I would be very patient with them because life happens you know. But I never once received a message saying "Give me one second tending to another customer." etc. They just would simply ignore my messages until I started pestering them inquiring about my order. After making my second order. I wanted to order two more small cakes so this would've been my third order with them. Which I didn't make..... for the lack of communication. A week before my event, I messaged her once again asking if instead picking up my order the day of the event could i possibly do my pick up a day before the latest time possible. Once again no response (mind you I would always message within their business hours) I attempted to call. No answer. I called about 4-5 times no one answred. No text message either or a message saying (sorry helping someone give me a second) no professionalism with this bakery at all. Seems almost they are money grabbing. So I waited a couple of day then I attempted to call again and she finally answers the phone I ask her about early pickup and she agreed that it's fine she let me know about her hours. which i agreed on the later pickup as possible. So the day of the pickup I realised I had so many things on my plate around the pick up time that I totally forgot about. So I didn't think of reaching out to Cynthia for a earlier pick up time. I just went I arrived to the bakery 1 hour before pickup time. My thinking was I bet they already have it ready I'm supposed to be their regardless at 6 and i got there at 5. I arrived at the bakery and there was no one there! But their helper, which is very kind but if you're inquiring about an order she won't be able to help you. So I let her know Im here for a pick up. At first the woman couldn't find my ticket then she called Cynthia where she was somewhere else. Im assuming her house BAKING ALL THE STUFF !!!!!! and she speaks to me and tells me Im too early. I let her know I understand but if it was possible could she have it ready early. she told me she would try her best but isn't guaranteed I said its okay take your time. but if you get it ready early it would be greatly appreciated. Mind you I live 45 minutes away from this shop. So for the next hour I just kept myself occupied. It was 6 o'clock and I was 15 minutes away from her shop. So I started making my way back to her shop. I got there 10-15 minutes after 6 which was the original PICKUP TIME. I walk into the store, and my stuff were still not there ! I was very frustrated because if you weren't going to have my stuff ready at 5. Then I should expect it to be ready at the pickup time we agreed on then. Especially if I was 10-15 minutes late to pick up. So me and my family start waiting outside and time goes buy. I text her Im like hey where are you. And she just says on my way. We waited another 20- 25 minutes. Like seriously?!?! We agreed at 6 now your coming close to 7? After time passes, a lady and a man arrive which I never seen before. They arrive in a old raggedy looking car. The thing is if Im spending more than $200 at your business and your coming with a disgusting looking car?! Then are you ripping me off? Because it's gross to see my cake and desserts that I spent money on just sitting in a car like that. This lady steps out of the car, doesn't acknowledge me at all doesn't say hi how are you? doesnt say Im sorry for having you wait so long. NOTHING. Walks passed me and my family and just says hi and walks into the store and starts to slam things mo

Ordered a whole bunch of things for my baby shower and the owner even showed me ideas and wrote down she was going to do it that way just to pick up everything and nothing was done how she said she was going to do it. Another thing also my family went to go pick up all the cakes and the owner was so rude, started slamming things everywhere and also didn’t even acknowledge anyone when my family went to go pick the stuff up. When we told her that the cake was not done how we asked or how she said she was going to do it, she looked at my family and said “well if you don’t like it, then don’t take it and you will get your refund” very rude and unprofessional. Not worth the drive out there.
I ordered a baby shower cake for a girl with the name on it.
