First time trying this bakery and it was great. I was able to make my order over the phone, the cake was beautifully designed, the ladies at the shop were really nice when I picked up my cake, and the cake tasted great. I definitely recommend it.🥰

Posting on behalf of my sister-in-law, who had a terrible experience with this bakery. She’s been a regular customer for quite some time and has always supported this business. She ordered a cake for my nephew, and when there was confusion about additional charges for detailing, she calmly said she would pay the price regardless. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the owner became agitated and refused to sell her the cake. This behavior is unacceptable, especially toward a loyal paying customer. Even though a refund was issued, it’s not about the money it’s about respect and professionalism. My nephew was left without a cake on his special day. Please be cautious when ordering here and make sure everything is clearly communicated beforehand. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this bakery.

Thank you for your response. It’s disappointing to see that instead of taking accountability or showing professionalism, the owner chose to respond defensively and disrespectfully. I was there shortly after the incident and witnessed how upset my sister-in-law was after being refused the cake even after offering to pay the full price.
Your response here only proves the lack of professionalism she experienced firsthand. A simple acknowledgment and apology would have gone much further than arguing publicly with customers. This situation could have been handled with understanding, especially toward someone who has supported your business for a long time.

They always change the time of opening 🙄 . It used to say they open at 7am but they would open until 8:30 am . When they say 8:30 .. they open after that time... I'm looking the paper says 9:00 am and is tlnot open but on goggle says 8:30 am. Food is alright but is unsure when they open

I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about this business and the owners. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I ordered a customized cake for my little sister’s birthday and it was so perfect! So perfect my sister didn’t even want to cut it up to eat it lol. We ended up convincing her after taking many pictures of the cake and it was so delicious! They have so many options to choose from, flavor of the cake, fillings, toppings, etc. The pricing is so reasonable as well, they’re truly amazing! If you ever need a cake or even to stop somewhere quick to eat you NEED to come here!

I love their apple fritters. But seeing their support for the CPC and Pierre Poilievre is enough to turn me off their food. I can’t in good conscience buy from them again, no matter how good their food is. Very disappointing to see them take a side so firmly. A side that stands for division, racism and misogyny. It’s so telling that they turned off comments and deleted all the negative ones. If you’re going to support a politician, then at least allow your customers to leave their opinions on it. Have the backbone to stand by your convictions. Sad to see this support and they’ve lost my support of their store.

Best subs around but not at $15 , how can you raise the price of your subs by 50% that robbery 101 come on man . We’re all for supporting small businesses but when you price gouge on items like this the word get out and you end up losing business.
