Found this place on a search. I had been craving a burger. The hamburger was very good and so were the fries. The guys working were very nice. It looked like a family business.

One of my go to little hole in the wall burger spots in the valley. Meat always has a good flavor, and can't go wrong with some seasoned fries

Small portion food. Weak Philly cheesesteaks. Rude guy who takes the orders. Won’t be back

This place is so mid. They’re expensive, and they skimp you out on portions. Not only that but the old guy who takes the orders is very unwelcoming, and rude. The old man who used to take the orders before was way more welcoming. This greedy rude man just lost a customer and I will recommend everyone to go to QUEENS on Osborne, JIMMYS on lakershim, and HOLIDAY burger on Devonshire. Way better food, atmosphere and service at all of the ones I just listed. Won’t be coming back here

I decided to stop by here to get a burger. It been a very long time since I last came here. I went with the bacon cheeseburger deal that they had that comes with fries and a drink. The inside of this place is very small like four booth and they also have outdoor seating. It took awhile for my food to get made. The burger was okay with nothing special to it, the fries were very plain so I think they forgot to add salt and the soda taste more flat.

Very rude person at front desk, might be the owner (older male). Will rush you when ordering. Food is okay. Very hot inside building would not reccomend eating inside.

Growing up in SoCal, burgers are a big part of life. Beyond In-N-Out, there are plenty of great local spots. I remember my neighbor’s burger joint — a highlight of block parties. Fast forward to high school, and Tip Top became a regular spot, especially since I had friends in the area. After all these years, the quality is still just as good. The charbroiled flavor, the creamy thousand island dressing, and those perfectly crispy hot fries — it’s a winning combo. I was nearly done, but a gym date was calling. I asked for a to-go box, and the guy looked a little disappointed. We both laughed and joked, “Skip the gym, finish the meal!

Tiny shop in the area but delicious burgers, very clean great service and orders come out quick. The place looks like from the 70's -80's with the ceiling covered with frames. Has 3 or 4 little tables inside plus a nice patio to enjoy the meal. I had the double cheeseburger combo, it was really tasty, I'm looking forward to try the avocado burger combo. And the best part is the price, $15 bucks for a good combo. This place is good to have a good chat with friends or even alone, I personally recommend this spot to anyone craving for a burger.
