Until you stop here, you really don't fully understand why the owners named it Los Pinos, but once you do, the gigantic pines' presence is all you feel. For years, this was just a place I passed on my way to Arnold, but only recently did I stop and try the food. We have been eating at both the Los Pinos taco truck and restaurant for years! Recently we had them cater an event for us and it turned out even better than I could have hoped. Lydia and Aldo were on time, brought everything we could possibly need for serving the food and provided some amazing food. We had 3 kinds of tacos (asada, chicken and veggies), rice and beans, chips and salsa and three different hot sauces. I would absolutely recommend them for catering or just grabbing...
