Casual, order at the counter. There was one person working the front counter. I was 4th in line and it took about 20 minutes to put my order in. I changed what I ordered to a bagel instead of breakfast. The girl at the counter was really nice but undertrained. Food quality is fairly good. Outside seating is nice. I will give them another try. It may have been an off day.

BEST Breakfast Burritos! We got it with bacon (extra crispy) and enjoyed it so much that we came back the next 4 days for more. We also liked the breakfast sandwich and chicken fried steak. Emily made the most delicious Snickers espresso drink (half sweet), it was perfect! She had great customer service and we enjoyed getting to know her over the span of a couple days. Sabrina was also great. These people hustle and do it with composure and a smile on their faces!
For lunch, the burgers are delicious. We tried the bacon BBQ burger and mushroom Swiss. Parmesan garlic fries were a hit! Will definitely return when in Arnold again

Friendly little cafe in Arnold with tasty, giant breakfast burritos. We ordered the veggie and bacon burritos and were both too stuffed to finish them in their entirety. The leftovers were still delicious later in the day after skiing.
Bonus they have yummy muffins and cinnamon rolls!

They make really good burgers here. I usually get the mushroom Swiss and it's great! Good fries. Salads are really good too. Love their orange dressing.
Waited an hr for food. They gave us an incomplete order. Took our buzzer and then gave our missing sandwich to someone else. It took so long for them to give us the missing order and they did not apologize in a meaningful way. We went to the bathroom and they clearsd our plates taking my childa pancake pieces. Horrible experience

I don’t normally write negative reviews for a place that is generally one of my go to spots, but this is about the third time one of the staff behind the counter was anything less than excited for me to be there. We stay in Arnold at least twice a month and go here often.
I’d say it’s about 50% of the time the staff behind the counter does not seem to be interested in working there and project rude or indifferent service.
It’s made it so I will choose other, friendlier places for coffee, lunch or breakfast
