Casual, order at the counter. There was one person working the front counter. I was 4th in line and it took about 20 minutes to put my order in. I changed what I ordered to a bagel instead of breakfast. The girl at the counter was really nice but undertrained. Food quality is fairly good. Outside seating is nice.
I will give them another try. It may have been an off day.

BEST Breakfast Burritos! We got it with bacon (extra crispy) and enjoyed it so much that we came back the next 4 days for more. We also liked the breakfast sandwich and chicken fried steak. Emily made the most delicious Snickers espresso drink (half sweet), it was perfect! She had great customer service and we enjoyed getting to know her over the span of a couple days. Sabrina was also great.  These people hustle and do it with composure and a smile on their faces!
