I don't know how this place works but everytime we need a refill or something , we have to call our server in the other room where the staffs were just there chit chatting while customers were in the same room with us. mind you , we were only 5 customers at that time. The food is typical nothing really special and so is the ambiance. Will we comeback here in the future if we happen to visit the area, i don't think so.

Stopped by to order a couple chimichangas for takeout - the tables were mostly full. The waitress was super friendly and told me about 20 minutes. My order was ready by the time I made it to the Big Trees market and back. The food was great - spot on for Mexican comfort food

Food was okay. Service was HORRIBLE. Came to visit from Los Angeles and the lady taking our order was extremely rude. In her exact words she said “do you not have money?” When we asked for a side of sour cream and she wanted to charge us $5 for A SMALL SALSA SIZED SIDE. I’m used to paying overpriced because I’m from LA but she was extremely rude.. saw out of town visitors and wanted to take advantage.

Great food !! Love eating outside in the fresh air. Had the beef milanesa with the green sauce and my friend had the machaka and eggs. Both were outstanding and very spot on. Have eaten here many times now and never have left this place unhappy. Food is always fresh and it's nice to be able to walk in and go hmmm what do I want knowing everything has been great. Recommend any of the shrimp dishes, the milanesa, the machaka, the combo plate, and the flan !! Grab a seat outside even if a sweater is needed.

My family came to Arnold from the Bay Area for a weekend getaway and we had a wonderful experience until we came here to eat. My dad was really looking forward to eating here, so it was very disappointing to say the least. Maybe they were having a bad day, but the unwarranted hostility from one of the male servers any time we had a question made for a really bad and one of the most uncomfortable restaurant outings we’ve ever had. Any sort of reasonable question or accommodation we asked for would be met with such rude and snarky answers that completely soiled our time there. Like just say no… I would be willing to be more forgiving if the food was good, which it was pretty subpar. Nothing special. I’m not gonna tell anyone not to come here, but if you do, be prepared to possibly receive an average meal with a side of terrible, unwelcoming service. Will never be coming back.
