On top of that they were friendly, professional, organized, and worked with us to stay within our budget. They listened to our feedback at our tasting, and the food on wedding day was perfect! We had a taco bar and our photographer even said it was the best Mexican food she's ever had at a wedding! We were just so impressed with their services - they really went above and beyond what we imagined. They even made sure to bring us appetizers while taking photos during cocktail hour and checked on us throughout the reception, refilling our drinks several times. They were so efficient and were in and out without a hitch. We’re so grateful to them for helping us with our “perfect day” and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone!

I'm so glad we found PDC to cater our wedding in Cool, Ca! We considered a ton of caterers, but PDC turned out to be the best in value and flexibility. Robin and her team worked so well with our venue and we didn't worry about a thing on our big day. Our venue commented on how excellent their catering and bartending services were and how they wanted to add them to their recommended vendor list. The part that we appreciated the most was how accommodating they were for guests who had dietary restrictions (vegan, FODMAPS, allergies, gf, dairy free, and every combination) and made them their own personal plates. The self-serve buffet worked really well and took only about half an hour to serve 140 guests. I can appreciate that they a smaller catering company, and they absolutely took care of us and exceeded our expectations!

Robin was able to help us put together an amazing team of vendors on short notice, as we changed our plans to deal with Covid closing our venue and changing our date- twice!The experience of having a menu customized to fit our vegan diet, but still appeal to all of our guests, was amazing!
